What are the regulations on the formation of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ programs at universities in Vietnam?

Based on Clause 1, Article 2 of the Regulation on undergraduate trực tiếp bóng đá k+ issued together withCircular 08/2021/TT-BGDDT, the formation of the university trực tiếp bóng đá k+ program is as follows:

1. The trực tiếp bóng đá k+ program is constructed based on credits, structured from subjects or modules (hereinafter collectively referred to as modules), in which there must be enough compulsory modules and meet the current trực tiếp bóng đá k+ program standards of the Ministry of Education and trực tiếp bóng đá k+. In the case of dual major or major-minor trực tiếp bóng đá k+, the trực tiếp bóng đá k+ program must clearly show the combined and separate study load for each major.

2. The content, learning outcomes of the trực tiếp bóng đá k+ program apply uniformly to different forms of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ and types of learners. For those who have graduated with different qualifications or majors, the actual study load is determined based on the recognition, or conversion of accumulated credits and module exemptions in the previous trực tiếp bóng đá k+ program.

3. The trực tiếp bóng đá k+ program must be made public to learners before enrollment and at the beginning of the course; changes and adjustments related to the trực tiếp bóng đá k+ program must be carried out according to current regulations and announced before application, not causing adverse impacts on students.

4. For each form of trực tiếp bóng đá k+, the trực tiếp bóng đá k+ program needs to provide a standard full-course study plan to guide students.

a) The duration of the standard full-course study plan for formal trực tiếp bóng đá k+ must comply with the duration stipulated in the National Education System Framework, ensuring that most students complete the trực tiếp bóng đá k+ program;

b) The duration of the standard full-course study plan for work-study trực tiếp bóng đá k+ is at least 20% longer than that of the equivalent formal trực tiếp bóng đá k+ program.

5. The maximum duration for students to complete the course is stipulated in the regulations of the trực tiếp bóng đá k+ institution but does not exceed 02 times the duration of the standard full-course study plan for each form of trực tiếp bóng đá k+. For transfer students who have been exempted from accumulated credits, the maximum duration for students to complete the course is determined based on the duration of the standard full-course study plan reduced correspondingly with the exempted study load.

How many forms of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ are there at the university in Vietnam?

Based on Article 4 of the Regulation on undergraduate trực tiếp bóng đá k+ issued together withCircular 08/2021/TT-BGDDT, it is stipulated as follows:

Forms of trực tiếp bóng đá k+

1. Formal trực tiếp bóng đá k+:

a) Teaching activities are conducted at the trực tiếp bóng đá k+ institution, while practical, internship, real-world experience, and online teaching activities can be conducted outside the trực tiếp bóng đá k+ institution;

b) Teaching activities are organized from 06:00 to 20:00 on weekdays from Monday to Saturday; teaching activities of a specific nature of the trực tiếp bóng đá k+ program are organized according to the regulations of the trực tiếp bóng đá k+ institution.

2. Work-study trực tiếp bóng đá k+:

a) Teaching activities are conducted at the trực tiếp bóng đá k+ institution or at the coordinating trực tiếp bóng đá k+ institution as per the trực tiếp bóng đá k+ collaboration regulations in Article 5 of this Regulation, while practical, internship, real-world experience, and online teaching activities can be conducted outside the trực tiếp bóng đá k+ institution or the coordinating trực tiếp bóng đá k+ institution;

b) Teaching activities are organized flexibly within the day and week.

3. For prioritized trực tiếp bóng đá k+ majors serving human resource development needs in different stages, the Ministry of Education and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ shall provide guidance to implement appropriate trực tiếp bóng đá k+ forms.

Thus, according to the aforementioned regulations, the university has two basic forms of trực tiếp bóng đá k+: Formal trực tiếp bóng đá k+ and Work-Study trực tiếp bóng đá k+.

Additionally, for prioritized trực tiếp bóng đá k+ majors serving human resource development needs in different stages, the Ministry of Education and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ shall provide guidance to implement appropriate trực tiếp bóng đá k+ forms.

What must a university ensure when engaging in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ collaboration in Vietnam?

Based on Article 5 of the Regulation on undergraduate trực tiếp bóng đá k+ issued together withCircular 08/2021/TT-BGDDT, the university engaging in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ collaboration must ensure the following regulations:

- Minimum requirements for the hosting trực tiếp bóng đá k+ institution:

+ It has been recognized as meeting the quality standards of higher education institutions by a legitimate education quality accreditation organization and remains valid according to regulations;

+ TheChương trình đào tạo của giáoplanned for collaborative trực tiếp bóng đá k+ has been implemented for at least 03 continuous regular courses; from the 2024 enrollment year onwards, the trực tiếp bóng đá k+ program must be recognized as meeting quality standards according to current regulations;

+ Ensures that the core teaching staff covers at least 70% of the content and volume of the trực tiếp bóng đá k+ program;

+ It has issued collaboration regulations and assessed the quality assurance conditions of the coordinating trực tiếp bóng đá k+ institution;

+ trực tiếp bóng đá k+ institutions under the Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Public Security can only collaborate with educational institutions under the same directly managing ministry and must have the collaboration assignment document from the directly managing ministry.

- Minimum requirements for the coordinating trực tiếp bóng đá k+ institution:

+ Meets the requirements for an educational environment, infrastructure, equipment, library, and management staff according to the trực tiếp bóng đá k+ program's requirements;

+ It has submitted a self-evaluation quality report to the competent state authority according to regulations; from the 2024 enrollment year onwards, it must be recognized as meeting the quality standards of educational institutions according to current regulations, except for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ and retraining institutions under the Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Public Security.

- Furthermore, the responsibilities of the parties involved in the trực tiếp bóng đá k+ collaboration include:

+ The hosting trực tiếp bóng đá k+ institution and the coordinating trực tiếp bóng đá k+ institution are responsible for signing a trực tiếp bóng đá k+ collaboration contract, which specifically agrees on the rights and responsibilities of each party in organizing and managing the trực tiếp bóng đá k+ process to ensure the quality of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ and implementing the agreed content in accordance with this Regulation and other relevant legal provisions;

+ The hosting trực tiếp bóng đá k+ institution is responsible for managing the trực tiếp bóng đá k+ quality; reporting trực tiếp bóng đá k+ collaboration activities to the provincial People's Committee where the trực tiếp bóng đá k+ collaboration takes place before organizing enrollment; if the coordinating trực tiếp bóng đá k+ institution fails to meet the quality assurance requirements for the module or the trực tiếp bóng đá k+ program, students must be transferred back to the hosting trực tiếp bóng đá k+ institution to continue their education according to regulations, ensuring the rights of the students;

+ The coordinating trực tiếp bóng đá k+ institution is responsible for ensuring sufficient infrastructure conditions for trực tiếp bóng đá k+; participating in management and teaching as agreed upon with the hosting trực tiếp bóng đá k+ institution;

+ The hosting trực tiếp bóng đá k+ institution and the coordinating trực tiếp bóng đá k+ institution are responsible under the law for implementing the trực tiếp bóng đá k+ collaboration contract; implementing the admission and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ regulations; ensuring legitimate rights for instructors and students throughout the trực tiếp bóng đá k+ process.

Thus, a university engaging in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ collaboration must ensure the aforementioned requirements for both the collaborative parties.
