According to the provisions of Clause 1, Article 6 of the Regulations on working policies for general education trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro issued together withCircular 28/2009/TT-BGDDTof the Ministry of Education and Traing of Vietnam, (supplemented by Clause 5, Article 1 ofCircular 15/2017/TT-BGDDT), the regulations are as follows:
Teaching norm
The teaching norm is the number of theoretical or practical lessons each teacher must teach in a week. To be specific:1. The teaching norm is 23 lessons for elementary school trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro, 19 lessons for secondary school trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro, and 17 lessons for high school trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro;
2. The teaching norm for trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro at ethnic minority boarding schools is 17 lessons at the secondary school level and 15 lessons at the high school level;
The teaching norm for trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro at semi-boarding schools is 21 lessons at the elementary level and 17 lessons at the secondary level;
The teaching norm for trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro at schools or classes for the disabled is 21 lessons for elementary trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro and 17 lessons for secondary school trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro.
2a. The teaching norm for trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro at university preparatory schools is 12 lessons.
3. trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro working as Head of Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Organization at grade I schools teach 2 lessons a week, grade II schools teach 1/3 of the teaching norm, and grade III schools teach 1/2 of the teaching norm for trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro at the same education level. The classification of general education schools is in accordance with current regulations.
The teaching norm for a standard secondary school teacher is 19 lessons, while for secondary school trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro at ethnic minority boarding schools, it is 17 lessons.
Thus, according to the above regulation, the teaching norm for secondary school trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro at ethnic minority boarding schools is 17 lessons.

How is extra teaching time compensated for secondary school trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro?
Based on Article 3 ofJointCircular 07/2013/TTLT-BGDDT-BNV-BTC, secondary school trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro are compensated for extra teaching hours based on the following principles:
Principle 1.The monthly salary, which serves as the basis for calculating extra teaching hours compensation, includes the current grade, rank, and salary allowances, as well as any retention difference factor (if any).
Principle 2.The yearly teaching hour norm for preschool trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro; yearly teaching periods for general education trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro; yearly teaching hours for intermediate professional trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro; yearly teaching hour standards for vocational trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro; and yearly standard teaching hours for lecturers at higher education institutions, Ministry, Ministerial-level agencies, and Government agencies training facilities, and Political Schools of provinces or centrally run cities are all termed as yearly teaching hour norms.
Principle 3.The school year defined inJointCircular 07/2013/TTLT-BGDDT-BNV-BTCis calculated from July of the previous year to the end of June of the following year.
Principle 4.For trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro working at public educational institutions with multiple education levels and vocational grades, the highest vocational education level that the teacher participates in teaching by the assignment of the head of the education institution will be applied for the yearly teaching hour norm.

Public educational institutions governed by Clause 1, Article 1 ofJointCircular 07/2013/TTLT-BGDDT-BNV-BTCshould base on their specific conditions to pay or advance extra teaching hours remuneration monthly or per semester as appropriate.

Principle 8.The number of extra teaching hours eligible for remuneration as perJointCircular 07/2013/TTLT-BGDDT-BNV-BTCshould not exceed the legal stipulated overtime hours.

Based on the provisions of Clause 1, Article 8 of the Regulations on working policies for general education trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro issued together withCircular 28/2009/TT-BGDDT(supplemented by Clause 8, Article 1 ofCircular 15/2017/TT-BGDDT), the regulations are as follows:
Reduction in teaching periods for trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro with additional professional duties
1. Classroom trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro at the elementary level are reduced by 3 lessons per week, at the secondary and high school levels by 4 lessons per week.
2. Classroom trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro at ethnic minority boarding schools at both secondary and high school levels are reduced by 4 lessons per week. Classroom trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro at specialized schools and semi-boarding schools are reduced by 4 lessons per week. Classroom trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro at schools or classes for the disabled are reduced by 3 lessons per week.
2a. Classroom trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro at university preparatory schools are reduced by 3 lessons per week.3. trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro responsible for subject classrooms are reduced by 3 lessons per subject per week.
4. trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro responsible for school-wide cultural, sports, garden, workshop, equipment room, and library work (if these tasks do not have dedicated staff) will be reduced by 2 to 3 lessons per week depending on the workload as determined by the principal.
5. Head trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro (Subject heads) are reduced by 3 lessons per week.
5a. Deputy head trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro (Subject deputies) are reduced by 1 lesson per week.
5b. trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro concurrently holding the position of head of the functional department at university preparatory schools are reduced by 3 lessons per week;
trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro concurrently holding the position of deputy head of the functional department at university preparatory schools are reduced by 1 lesson per week.
Thus,classroom trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro at the secondary level are reduced by 4 lessons per week. Classroom trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro at ethnic minority boarding and semi-boarding schools at the secondary level are also reduced by 4 lessons per week, while classroom trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro at schools or classes for the disabled are reduced by 3 lessons per week.
