- An application formfor providing education accreditation services;

- A copy of the legal document proving the rights to use the land, ownership of the building, or rental contract for premises of the trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro for a minimum termof 02 years;

d) The authorized period for education accreditation has expired without requesting an extension or without being granted an extension;

e) Upon request of the organization or individual founding the trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro.
