Teachers
In addition to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay standards, duties and rights specified in vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Charter of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay lower-secondary school, upper secondary schools and multi-level schools and professional title standards of upper secondary school teachers, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay teacher of a gifted school shall meet vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following standards, duties and has vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following rights:
1. Satisfy vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay prescribed standards on selection of teachers of core general education institutions, and reach a good level for using foreign languages and applying information technology.
2. Comply with vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay principal's assignment in initiating vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay performance of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay duties of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay gifted school according to Clause 2, Article 2 of this Regulation in order to achieve vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay objectives of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay gifted school.
3. In each school year, act as a chair or a coordinator in holding at least 01 (one) professional meeting of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay professional team as prescribed in Clause 7 Article 9 of this Regulation.
Thus, teachers of upper secondary schools for vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay gifted must preside over or participate in holding at least 01 (one) professional meeting of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay professional team duringthe school year.

Principals
In addition to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay standards, duties and rights specified in vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Charter of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay lower-secondary school, upper secondary schools and multi-level schools and professional title standards of upper secondary school teachers, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay principal of a gifted school shall meet vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following standards, duties and has vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following rights:
1. Satisfy vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay prescribed standards on selection of administrators of core general education institutions, and reach a good level for using foreign languages and applying information technology.
2. Initiate vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay performance of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay duties of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay gifted school according to Clause 2, Article 2 of this Regulation in order to achieve vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay objectives of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay gifted school.
3. Propose or conduct vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay recruitment of teachers and staff according to their authority; propose to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay competent authority to dismiss teachers and staff who do not meet vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay requirements of performing vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay duties of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay gifted school out of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay gifted school, invite visiting teachers, send teachers to training and retraining at home and abroad.
4. Direct vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay development of plans for improving professional competence, foreign languages, and IT for administrators, teachers, staff, etc. in order to meet vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay objectives and duties of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay gifted school.
5. In each school year, act as a chair in holding at least 01 (one) thematic seminar as prescribed at Point k, Clause 2, Article 2 of this Regulation.

Under Article 9 of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Regulation on organization and operation of upper secondary schools for vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay gifted, issued together withCircular No. 05/2023/TT-BGDDT, in addition to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay duties stipulated in Clause 2, Article 14 of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay lower secondary school, upper secondary school and multi-level school charter issued together withCircular No. 32/2020/TT-BGDDTvtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay professional teams of upper secondary schools for vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay gifted havethe following additional duties:
- Develop programs and develop teaching materials for specialized subjects according to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay advanced education program for specialized subjects prescribed by vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Minister of Education and Training; research, apply advanced teaching methods, test and assessment methods to teaching, test and evaluate students' learning and conduct performance.
