Level-4 secondary school assessment standards
A secondary school can conquer Level 4 if they comply with regulations laid down inSection 3 trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay this Chapter and the following regulations:
1. The school's education plan is formulated by reference to advanced educational programs trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay countries in the region and the world according to regulations; is appropriate and contributes to improving the education quality.
2. 100% trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay students in difficult circumstances and gifted students must complete all industrialized educational goals with the participation trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the school, related organizations and individuals.

According to the above regulation,a Level-4 secondary schoolmust ensure the conditions for achieving Level 3 national standards.

- In a disadvantaged region: Not more than 03% trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay students dropping out; not more than 05% trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay students repeating a grade; none trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay students repeating a grade and dropping out in the school for gifted students;
- In other regions: Not more than 01% trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay students dropping out; not more than 02% trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay students repeating a grade; none trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay students repeating a grade and dropping out in the school for gifted students.
Thus,according to the above regulations, a middle school aiming to achieve Level 4 national standard must have a maximum retention rate trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay 05% for schools in difficult areas and 02% for other areas.
(This retention rate condition is a requirement to achieve Level 3 national standards before aiming for Level 4 national standards)

1. The cycle length trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay education quality accreditation and recognition trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay conformity with national standards for secondary schools shall be 5 years.
2. A secondary school shall be recognized as successfully passing the education quality accreditation according to the provisions trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Clause 2, Article 34 in these Regulations for at least 02 years from the day on which they are registered for the external assessment and recommended for the recognition that they successfully pass the education quality accreditation at a higher level.
3. A secondary school shall be recognized as achieving the Level-1 national standard for at least 02 years from the day on which they are granted recognition, registered for the external assessment and recommended for recognition as the Level-2 accredited school.
Hence, in accordance with the above regulations, the recognition period for a level 4 national standard secondary school is 05 years.
