Position and functions

2.Schools for the gifted have the functions of training, fostering and developing athletic talents of students and teaching the national curriculum according to regulations of the primary school statute and lower secondary school, upper secondary school and multi-level school statute promulgated by the Minister of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp and Training.

What are the duties of students at general kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp schools for athletically gifted students in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Article 12 of the Regulation on the organization and operation of general kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp schools for athletically gifted students issued together withCircular 07/2021/TT-BGDDT, the duties of students at general kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp schools for athletically gifted students are as follows:

-Students of schools for the gifted have the duties and powers provided by existing regulations.

-Students shall complete the general kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp curriculum according to regulations of the Ministry of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp and Training and gifted sport training objectives and programs of their schools.

-Students are entitled to student accommodation and use of facilities and equipment for training in their gifted sports; and shall have suitable learning and training schedules to develop their athletic talents in the best way.

-Students may participate in sports competitions organized by the kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp and training sector or sports sector according to statutes of the competitions.

-Students are entitled to incentive policies for examinations for moving up to next grade, moving up to next kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp level or admission to universities, colleges and postsecondary schools as per regulations.

-Students are entitled to meal allowances, wages and relevant benefits offered to athletes as per regulations.

What are the conditions for admission to general kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp schools for athletically gifted students in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Article 7 of the Regulation on the organization and operation of general kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp schools for athletically gifted students issued together withCircular 07/2021/TT-BGDDT:

Admission to schools for the gifted

1.Admission plans

a) For schools for the gifted affiliated to local governments: Departments of Culture, Sports and Tourism shall formulate, finalize and propose admission plans and admission quotas with Departments of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp and Training to Chairpersons of provincial People’s Committees for approval.

b) For schools for the gifted affiliated to ministries: their Principals shall formulate and propose admission plans and admission quotas to their supervisory ministries according to regulations.

2.Admission eligibility

Students aged from 06 to 15, having completed kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp programs applicable to their age groups or kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp levels as per regulations; having good health, physique and morality, average academic performance or higher and talents in sports, wishing to develop their talents in sports and contribute to the national sports achievements; having permission from their families and meeting required standards may take entrance exams to schools for the gifted for their gifted sports.

3.Admission methods and content

a) Knowledge: applicants shall be considered based on their school report books and certificates of completion of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp programs applicable to their kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp levels.

Requirements for primary school applicants shall adhere to existing regulations;

Lower secondary school applicants must have a certificate of completion of primary school kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp program;

Upper secondary school applicants must have a lower secondary school diploma.

b) Gifted sports: applicants shall take the following entrance examinations:

Examination of physique, components of fitness and basic athletic talents;

Examination of talent, potential and skills for the sports applicants are applying for.

Thus, the conditions for admission to general kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp schools for athletically gifted studentsin Vietnam include:

- Being from 06 to 15 years of age,

- Having completed kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp programs applicable to their age groups or kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp levels as per regulations;

- Having good health, physique and morality,

- Having average academic performance or higher and

- Having talents in sports,

- Wishing to develop their talents in sports and contribute to the national sports achievements;

- Having permission from their families and meeting required standards.

Additionally, during the training process of six months to one year at the maximum, students who fail to meet professional requirements or have no potential for making achievements in the sports that they are training in will be transferred to another general kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp school in the same locality as stipulated in Clause 2, Article 8 of the Regulation on the organization and operation of general kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp schools for athletically gifted students issued together withCircular 07/2021/TT-BGDDT.
