a) trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school-level contest is organized every 2 years by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school. Participants are teachers working at trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organizing school;

b) trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay district-level contest is organized every 2 years by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay district Division of Education and Training. Participants are teachers working at preschools, primary schools, and lower secondary schools within trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay district (or township,provincialcity) organizing trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay contest;

c) trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay provincial-level contest is organized every 4 years by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Departmentof Education and Training. Participants are teachers working at preschools and general education institutions within trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay province or municipality organizing trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay contest.

2. trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay number of teachers participating in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school, district, and provincial-level contests for excellent teachers and excellent homeroom teachers is decided by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay principal of preschools, primary schools, nursery schools, and children's groups, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay head of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay general education institution, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay head of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Division of Education and Training, and trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay director of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Departmentof Education and Training, ensuring suitability with actual conditions, facilities, and local annual budget.

2. Standards for participation in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay contest:

a) Teachers participating in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school-level contest must meet trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following standards: Teachers participating in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school-level contest must ensure a satisfactory or higher level in professional standards in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay year preceding trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay contest year, in which criteria 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, and 9 specified in Circular No. 26/2018/TT-BGDDT dated October 8, 2018, by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Minister of Education and Training issuing trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay professional standards for preschool education teachers reach a good level;

b) Teachers participating in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay district-level contest must meet trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following standards:

- Meet trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay standards for teachers participating in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school-level contest;

- Have been recognized as an excellent school-level teacher in one of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay two preceding years or have been recognized as an excellent school-level teacher in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay contest year.

c) Teachers participating in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay provincial-level contest must meet trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following standards:

- Meet trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay standards for teachers participating in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school-level contest;

- Have been recognized as an excellent district-level teacher in one of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay two preceding years or have been recognized as an excellent district-level teacher in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay contest year.

According to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay above regulations, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay excellent teacher contest is divided into (3) levels; school level, district level, and provincial level.

2. trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay titles of excellent teacher and excellent homeroom teacher is preserved as follows: trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay titles of excellent teacher and excellent homeroom teacher at trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school level is preserved for 01 year following trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay year of recognition as an excellent teacher, excellent homeroom teacher at trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school level; trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay titles of excellent teacher and excellent homeroom teacher at trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay district level is preserved for 01 year following trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay year of recognition as an excellent teacher, excellent homeroom teacher at trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay district level; trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay titles of excellent teacher and excellent homeroom teacher at trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay provincial level is preserved for 03 years following trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay year of recognition as an excellent teacher, excellent homeroom teacher at trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay provincial level.
