Under Article 8 of đá bóng trực tiếp Regulation on Enrollment for full-time Undergraduate and College programs in Early Childhood Education issued together withCircular 08/2022/TT-BGDDT:

Persons eligible for direct admissions and priority admission

1. Labor Heroes, Heroes of đá bóng trực tiếp People's Armed Forces, and National Emulation Soldiers are granted direct admissions into programs specified by đá bóng trực tiếp training institutions.

2. Candidates with high achievements in national or international competitions or tournaments organized by đá bóng trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training, đá bóng trực tiếp Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, are eligible for direct admissions in đá bóng trực tiếp year they graduate from upper secondary education (or graduate from secondary vocational education) into majors matching đá bóng trực tiếp competition subjects, topic content or profession; specifically in đá bóng trực tiếp following cases:

a) Candidates who win first, second, or third prizes in national or international competitions for selecting excellent students, or in national or international science and technology competitions organized or participated in by đá bóng trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training; đá bóng trực tiếp award time must not exceed 3 years from đá bóng trực tiếp time of direct admission;

b) Candidates who win official prizes in international art competitions in singing, dancing, music, and fine arts recognized by đá bóng trực tiếp Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; đá bóng trực tiếp award time must not exceed 4 years from đá bóng trực tiếp time of direct admission;

c) Candidates who are members of đá bóng trực tiếp national team competing in official international tournaments recognized by đá bóng trực tiếp Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, including đá bóng trực tiếp World Championship, World Cup, Olympic Games, Asian Games (ASIAD), Asian Championship, Asian Cup, Southeast Asian Championship, Southeast Asian Games (SEA Games), Southeast Asian Cup; đá bóng trực tiếp competition time must not exceed 4 years from đá bóng trực tiếp time of direct admission;

d) Candidates who win first, second, or third prizes in regional ASEAN vocational skills competitions and international vocational skills competitions assigned by đá bóng trực tiếp Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs; đá bóng trực tiếp award time must not exceed 3 years from đá bóng trực tiếp time of direct admission.

Candidates with high achievements in national competitions organized by đá bóng trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training may be eligible for direct admission:

Candidates who win first, second, or third prizes in national or international competitions for selecting excellent students or in national or international science and technology competitions organized by đá bóng trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training; đá bóng trực tiếp award time must not exceed 3 years from đá bóng trực tiếp time of direct admission.

- Individuals who have been recognized as upper secondary education graduates in Vietnam or have a graduation certificate from abroad recognized as equivalent;
