Under Clause 1, Article 3 of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nayLaw on Vocational Education 2014,vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay post-secondary level is a type of vocational education.

According to Clause 2, Article 4 of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nayLaw on Vocational Education 2014, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay goal of post-secondarytraining is to equip students for abilities to perform elementary-level tasks and some complicated and special tasks; apply technology to their jobs, work independently or work in groups.

Under vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay provisions of Article 35 ofCircular 04/2022/TT-BLDTBXH, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay classification of post-secondary graduation is stipulated as follows:

Classification of graduation

1.vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay classification of graduation is determined based on vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay accumulative GPA of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay whole course as prescribed in Clause 1 Article 32 of this Circular.

2.A learner with at least a very good graduation classification grade will have his/her graduation classification grade deducted by one graduation classification level if:

a) He/she has to retake an exam of a subject or module in vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay semester regarding vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay excellent classification; he/she has to retake exams of 2 subjects or modules or more in vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay semester regarding vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay very good classification (excluding conditional subjects or modules; temporarily suspended or exempted subjects or modules);

b) He/she has to repeat a learning volume that exceeds 10% of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay duration of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay program;

c) He/she is disciplined by vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school at a warning level or higher during his/her learning time at vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school, excluding vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay disciplinary level prescribed in Clause 2 and Clause 3 Article 17 of this Circular;

Thus, students pursuing a post-secondary program at excellent or above by module or credit method will have their degree classification loweredif they fall into one of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following situations:

- He/she has to retake an exam of a subject or module in vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay semester regarding excellent classification; he/she has to retake exams of 2 subjects or modules or more in vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay semester regarding very good classification (excluding conditional subjects or modules; temporarily suspended or exempted subjects or modules);

- He/she has to repeat a learning volume that exceeds 10% of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay duration of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay program;

- He/she is disciplined by vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school at a warning level or higher during his/her learning time at vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school, excluding vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay disciplinary level prescribed in Clause 2 and Clause 3 Article 17 ofCircular 04/2022/TT-BLDTBXH.

For year-based post-secondary trainingas stipulated in Clause 4, Article 27 ofCircular 04/2022/TT-BLDTBXH:

Learners with a graduation classification of excellent or above who do not have to retake any graduation exams or repeat any graduation thesis defense will have their degree classification lowered by one-half if they fall into one of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following situations:

-He/she has to retake an exam of a subject or module in vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay semester regarding excellent classification; he/she has to retake exams of 2 subjects or modules or more in vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay semester regarding very good classification (excluding conditional subjects or modules; temporarily suspended or exempted subjects or modules).

- He/she has to repeat a learning volume that exceeds 10% of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay duration of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay program;

- He/she is disciplined by vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school at a warning level or higher during his/her learning time at vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school, excluding vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay disciplinary level prescribed in Clause 2 and Clause 3 Article 17Circular 04/2022/TT-BLDTBXH.

What are vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay conditions for post-secondary graduation undermodule or credit-based training in Vietnam?

Under Article 34 ofCircular 04/2022/TT-BLDTBXH, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay conditions for post-secondary graduation under module or credit-based training in Vietnam are as follows:

Conditions for graduation

1.At vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay end of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay course, or when learners accumulate sufficient modules or credits as prescribed in vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay program, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay principal shall establish a graduation consideration council for learners.

2.A learner is recognized for graduation if he/she satisfies vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following conditions:

a) He/she has accumulated sufficient modules or credits as prescribed in vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay program;

b) His/her GPA of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay whole course is at least 2,0 on a 4-point scale;

c) He/she has completed other mandatory requirements prescribed in vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay program;

d) He/she is not disciplined at a level of suspension from learning for a definite period or more or is prosecuted for criminal liability;

dd) He/she applies for consideration for graduation in case he/she is eligible for early or late graduation compared to vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay time of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay program.

3.If a learner commits a disciplinary violation or violates vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay law not at vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay level of criminal liability prosecution, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay principal shall organize a disciplinary review before considering vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay conditions for graduation recognition for that learner.

4.In case a learner is disciplined at vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay level of suspension from learning for a definite period, after his/her learning suspension time or prosecution for criminal liability period with a conclusion of a competent authority and is not subject to expulsion, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay principal shall organize vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay consideration and recognition of graduation.

Students pursuing a post-secondary program will be recognized for graduation when they meet vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following conditions:

- He/she has accumulated sufficient modules or credits as prescribed in vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay program;

- His/her GPA of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay whole course is at least 2,0 on a 4-point scale;

- He/she has completed other mandatory requirements prescribed in vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay program;

- He/she is not disciplined at a level of suspension from learning for a definite period or more or is prosecuted for criminal liability;

- He/she applies for consideration for graduation in case he/she is eligible for early or late graduation compared to vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay time of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay program.

When can post-secondary students in Vietnam apply for change to training profession or occupation?

Under Clause 2, Article 7 ofCircular 04/2022/TT-BLDTBXH, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay principal shall specify and decide to allow a learner to change his/her training profession or occupation when:

- vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay learner has submitted a written request on changing his/her training profession or occupation;

- vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay training profession or occupation vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay learner wishes to change to must have vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay enrollment method and criteria of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay same level or lower compared to his/her current training profession or occupation;

- Changing vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay training profession or occupation must be conducted in vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay first semester of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay program;

- vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay learner must not be in vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay period of suspension of his/her current program or adjustment of learning progress, or be disciplined by vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school from a warning level or higher or prosecuted for criminal liability.
