Under Clause 1 Article 9Decree 46/2017/ND-CP:
Dissolution of a kindergarten, preschool and nursery school
1. A kindergarten, preschool or nursery school shall be closed when one of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following situations occurs:
a) lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school has committed serious violations against applicable regulations on organization or operation of a kindergarten, preschool or nursery school.
b) Upon expiration of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay duration of suspension of educational operations specified in lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay suspension decision, causes of such suspension have not yet been corrected;
c) Educational objectives and contents specified in lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay establishment decision or lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay decision on permission for establishment of a kindergarten, preschool or nursery school have no longer matched socio-economic development demands;
d) lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school is dissolved at lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay request of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organization or individual that submitted application for establishment of a kindergarten, preschool or nursery school.

(1) lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school has committed serious violations against applicable regulations on organization or operation of a nursery school.

Step 2:When discovering, or receiving any report from an authority, organization or individual on, lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school’s commission of any violation against regulations laid down in Point a, b and c Clause 1 of Article 9Decree 46/2017/ND-CP, lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay district-level People’s Committee shall be responsible for commanding lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Division of Education and Training to undertake and cooperate with relevant Divisions in verification and completion of preparation of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay dissolution documentation which must clarify reasons for such dissolution, and notify lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school requesting for dissolution and report to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay district-level People’s Committee within lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay permitted duration of 20 business days;
Step 3:Within lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay maximum duration of 10 business days of receipt of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay request documentation for such dissolution, lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay President of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay district-level People’s Committee shall consider whether or not a decision on dissolution of thenursery school is granted;
Step 4:lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay decision to dissolve a nursery school must clearly specify reasons for such dissolution, provide approaches to assuring legal rights and benefits of school children, teachers, officers and employees, or plans to deal with lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school's property, and ensure public disclosure, transparency as well as must be made known to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay public through mass media.

Requirements on contents and methods of preschool education
1. lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay contents of preschool education must be suited to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay psycho-physiological development of children; balanced between nurturing, caring and educating, with a view to helping children to develop physically, emotionally, intellectually and aesthetically and to know how to respect differences; suitable with different age groups and transferable to primary education.

a) Nursery schools must enable children to proactively participate in activities and play, creating a bond between adults and children; stimulate lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay development of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay senses, emotions and psycho-physiological functions;
b) Kindergartens must enable children to play, experience, explore and discover lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay surrounding environment in different ways, satisfying lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay needs and interests of children.
