As stipulated in Clause 1, Article 19 of the regulation on doctoral program admission bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp doctoral education issued withCircular No. 18/2021/TT-BGDDT, aresearch student will be considered for qualification recognition bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp doctorate awarding when they meet the following requirements:
- The research student’s dissertation has been passed by the dissertation examination committee of the training institution;
- The research student has submitted the final dissertation with their signature, confirmation of the instructor bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp confirmation of the chairperson of the dissertation examination committee after revision (if any) to the training institution (in physical bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp electronic forms);
- The research student has submitted the final dissertation with their signature, confirmation of the instructor bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp confirmation of the training institution in summary bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp in full to National Library of Vietnam (in physical bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp electronic forms).

According to Article 12 of the regulation on doctoral program admission bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp doctoral education issued withCircular No. 18/2021/TT-BGDDT, the rights bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp responsibilities of research students in Vietnam during their training duration are as follows:
- Exercise the rights bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp fulfill the responsibilities mentioned in Articles 60 bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp 61 of theLaw No. 08/2012/QH13 lịch trực.
- Formulate bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp propose detailed study bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp research plan for each year based on the approved course-wise plan in the research student recognition decision, which shall include a plan for working bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp reporting to the instructor; follow the plans approved by the instructor bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp management unit; report on study bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp research progress bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp results to the management unit on a biannual basis; propose changes to their study bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp research to the instructor bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp management unit.
- Participate in scientific meetings at their management unit as a tenured researchers or lecturer assistant; participate in research projects bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp duties as assigned by the instructor.
- Comply with regulations of their training institution on academic integrity; ensure that published results are produced from their own research with the support of the instructor; acknowledge bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp cite all relevant individuals, groups bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp organizations (if any).
- Exercise other rights bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp fulfill other responsibilities according to training institution regulations.
When is the quality of doctoral dissertations in Vietnam assessed?
Article 20 of the regulation on doctoral program admission bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp doctoral education issued withCircular No. 18/2021/TT-BGDDTprovides:
Rules bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp procedures for selection for inspection bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp assessment
1. The Ministry of Education bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Training shall take charge of inspection of dossiers on training process bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp assessment of dissertation quality in the following cases:
a) Random inspection bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp assessment according to requirements of management, inspection bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp supervision of compliance with this Regulation bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp relevant regulations;
b) Inspection bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp assessment of certain cases per reports, complaints or denunciations.
2. Lists of documents subject to inspection bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp assessment:
a) For training process inspection: admission application bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp research student recognition decision; dossier on dissertation examination session at training institution; bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp application for doctorate awarding;
b) For dissertation quality assessment: dissertation; dissertation summary; copies of publications of research results of research student.
3. Inspection bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp assessment procedures:
a) The Ministry of Education bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Training shall announce list of cases requiring training process inspection or dissertation quality assessment based on periodic reports of training institutions in writing;
b) Training institutions shall send 01 dossier for training process inspection or 03 dossiers for dissertation quality assessment to the Ministry of Education bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Training;
c) The Ministry of Education bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Training shall carry out the inspection or assessment bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp notify the results to training institutions in writing within 60 working days after receipt of sufficient documents according to regulations in Clause 2 of this Article.
Thus, the quality assessment of doctoraldissertations by the Ministry of Education bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Training is conducted in the following cases:
- According to requirements of management, inspection bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp supervision of compliance with this Regulation bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp relevant regulations;
- Upon reports, complaints or denunciations.
