According to Clause 1, Article 14 of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Regulations on Undergraduate Education issued together withCircular 08/2021/TT-BGDDT, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ conditions for graduation assessment and recognition are as follows:

Graduation recognition and degree awarding

1.Conditions for graduation assessment and recognition:

a) trực tiếp bóng đá k+ student has accumulated sufficient units of study and credits and completed other compulsory contents required by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ training program and achieved trực tiếp bóng đá k+ expected learning outcomes of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ training program;

b) trực tiếp bóng đá k+ student has average GPA or higher for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ whole course;

c) At trực tiếp bóng đá k+ time of graduation assessment, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ student is not facing a criminal prosecution or suspended from study.

Thus, students are eligible forgraduation assessment and recognitionwhen they meet trực tiếp bóng đá k+ following conditions:

- trực tiếp bóng đá k+ student has accumulated sufficient units of study and credits and completed other compulsory contents required by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ training program and achieved trực tiếp bóng đá k+ expected learning outcomes of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ training program;

- trực tiếp bóng đá k+ student has average GPA or higher for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ whole course;

Can universities in Vietnam design their academic degrees?

According to Clause 3, Article 38 of trực tiếp bóng đá k+Law No. 08/2012/QH13 lịch trựcamended by Clause 23, Article 1 of trực tiếp bóng đá k+Law No. 34/2018/QH14 dated November 19, 2018 on amendments, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ regulations onacademic degreesare as follows:

Academic degrees

1. Academic degrees in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ national education system include bachelor’s degrees, master’s degree, doctoral degrees and equivalent degrees.

2. A person who completes a training program, qualifies its output standards and fulfills trực tiếp bóng đá k+ student’s obligations shall be awarded a corresponding degree by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ principal of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ higher education institution.

3. trực tiếp bóng đá k+ higher education institution shall design, print and give degrees to its students; manage trực tiếp bóng đá k+ degrees in accordance with law; publish trực tiếp bóng đá k+ specimens of its degrees and information about award of its degrees on its website.

4. trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Minister of Education and Training may propose or on his/her own initiative negotiate and sign international treaties in degree recognition with other nations, international organizations and entities within his/her scope of competence.

5. trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Minister of Education and Training shall specify trực tiếp bóng đá k+ primary contents on trực tiếp bóng đá k+ degrees and appendices thereof; rules for printing blank degrees; management, issuance, withdrawal and destruction of degrees; responsibility and authority of Vietnamese higher education institutions to issue academic degrees during educational cooperation with foreign higher education institutions; responsibility of foreign-invested higher education institutions for issuance of academic degrees in Vietnam; conditions and procedures for recognition of academic degrees issued by foreign higher education institutions.

6. trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Government shall promulgate regulations on trực tiếp bóng đá k+ system of academic degrees and degrees in special fields of study.

- Training major.

-Name of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ higher education institution that issues trực tiếp bóng đá k+ degree.

-Last name, middle name, and first name of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ person to whom trực tiếp bóng đá k+ degree is issued.

According to Article 3 ofCircular No. 27/2019/TT-BGDDT, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ basic contents of degree appendices are:

-Information on trực tiếp bóng đá k+ person to whom trực tiếp bóng đá k+ degree is issued: last name, middle name, first name, and date of birth.

-Information on trực tiếp bóng đá k+ degree: name of higher education institution that issues trực tiếp bóng đá k+ degree, training discipline, date of enrolment, training language, training duration, training level according to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Vietnamese Qualifications Framework, and training mode.

-Information on training contents and results (if any): name of course or subject, number of credit of each course or subject, grade of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ course or subject, total accumulated credits, average score, title and result of theses and dissertations, GPA. If credits are accumulated from different higher education institutions, specify name of subject, credits thereof, and name of higher education institutions.
