b) Practical part: applying basic knowledge and skills in accrediting educational institutions and training programs to do case studies.
2.Form of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay test
a) Candidates take xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay test through 02 (two) parts of test, including xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay theory test in xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay form of multiple choice with xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay test time of 60 minutes and xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay practical test with xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay test time of 120 minutes;
b) Each test paper has answer keys and detailed grading scale for grading; xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay total score of each test is 100 (one hundred) points (on a 100-point scale);

1.Persons having 5 years (60 months) or more as lecturers or working in xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay administration of higher education, pedagogical colleges; knowledgeable about policies and laws on higher education and pedagogical colleges; have completed xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay professional training program for accreditors according to regulations approved by xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ministry of Education and Training may register to take xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay accreditor’s test.
2.Each application for taking xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay accreditor’s test shall be sent to xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ministry of Education and Training according to xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay instructions in xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay notice of test-administering entity, including:
a) Curriculum vitae according to xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay form in Appendix V to this Circular;
b) Certificate of completion of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay professional training program for accreditors; diplomas and documents related to xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay time of teaching, administration of higher education, pedagogical colleges of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay test taker.

Testing process

2.Step 2. Prepare for xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay administration of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay accreditor’s test
a) xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Director of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Quality Control Department shall issue a decision on xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay establishment of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Accreditor’s Testing Council. xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Accreditor’s Testing Council may use xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay seal of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Quality Management Department to perform their tasks;
b) xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Chairman of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Accreditor’s Testing Council shall decide to establish xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay specialized committees and subgroups (Secretary Committee, Test Paper Board, Invigilation Board, Grading Board, Appeal Board and other subgroups where necessary);
c) xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Accreditor’s Testing Council considers and publishes xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay list of qualified and unqualified people to take xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay test on xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay website of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ministry of Education and Training.
3.Step 3. Administer xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay accreditor’s test
a) xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Accreditor’s Testing Council shall administer xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay test according to xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay content and form specified in Article 10 of this Circular;
b) Within 20 working days from xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay day on which xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay final part of test is completed, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Accreditor’s Testing Council shall announce xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay results for those who meet xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay requirements on xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay website of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ministry of Education and Training;
c) Within 10 working days from xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay date of announcement of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay accreditor’s test results, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay test taker may appeal xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay results of his/her test to xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Quality Control Department; xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Accreditor’s Testing Council shall re-grade xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay test and announce xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay results on xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay website of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ministry of Education and Training within 10 working days from xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay deadline for receiving xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay application for test appeal.
4.Step 4. Recognize xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay results
a) Within 10 working days from xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay date of publication of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay test appeal results, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Accreditor’s Testing Council shall make a list of candidates who have met xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay requirements in xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay accreditor’s testing as prescribed at Point c, Clause 2 Article 10 of this Circular and request xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Director of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Quality Control Department to issue a decision to recognize xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay list of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay test takers who have passed xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay accreditor’s test;
b) xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay accreditor’s test results are not preserved for xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay next period.
