According to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp provisions of Article 4 ofCircular 05/2024/TT-BGDDT, teaching public employees at public higher education institutions may register for considerationfor rank promotion to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp professional title of senior lecturer (Grade I), code V.07.01.01, when meeting kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp following standards and conditions:

*There are 3 criteria:

- kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp public higher education institution has a demand, has a job position corresponding to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp professional title grade of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp public employee applying for consideration for rank promotion, and

- Besent to participate inthe consideration for rank promotion by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp competent authority.

- Currently hold kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp professional title of principal lecturer (Grade II), code V.07.01.02.

- Have rated as completion of assignedtasks well or better in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp work year preceding kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp year of application for consideration for rank promotion to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp professional title of senior lecturer (Grade I), code V.07.01.01; possess good political and professional ethics; not currently under disciplinary action; not during kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp period of enforcing regulations related to discipline according to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp rules of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Communist Party of Vietnam and by law.

What are kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp duties of a senior lecturer at a public university in Vietnam?

Under Clause 1, Article 7 ofCircular 40/2020/TT-BGDDT, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp duties of a senior lecturer at a public university are as follows:

-Teaching; guiding and evaluating design projects, graduation theses; guiding master's theses, doctoral dissertations; presiding over or participating in graduate thesis defense committees;

-Leading kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp development and enhancement of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp curriculum for kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp major; proposing directions and measures for kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp development of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp subject or major; actively and continually updating scientific achievements into kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp curriculum development; innovating teaching methods and methods for evaluating learning outcomes and students’ training;

-Leading or participating in compiling textbooks for training; leading or participating in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp implementation of programs, and scientific research topics; directing scientific research for faculties and subject groups;

-Leading or participating in evaluating proposals, and research topics; organizing and presenting scientific reports at scientific conferences, seminars. Leading or participating in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp acceptance and publication of scientific reports, research works, exchanging experiences contributing to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp development of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp department and major; participating in international cooperation activities, and ensuring kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp quality of higher education;

-Organizing kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp guidance of students' scientific research; guiding students on effective learning and research methods; discovering students' talents to organize training and nurturing of talents;

-Leading or participating in training, and developing faculty members according to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp development requirements of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp department or major;

-Studyingand retraining to improve political theory, professional skills, and teaching methods; participating in practical activities to improve kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp quality of training and scientific research;

-Participating in management duties, CPV and massorganization work, and other duties as per kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp organizational and operational regulations of public higher education institutions and relevant legal provisions.

What are kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp professional competencies requiredfor a senior lecturer at a public university in Vietnam?

According to Clause 3, Article 6 ofCircular 40/2020/TT-BGDDT, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp professional competencies required for a senior lecturer at a public university in Vietnam are stipulated as follows:

- Have in-depth knowledge of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp subjects assigned to teach and strong knowledge of some related subjects in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp assigned training major;

- Be well-versed in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp reality and development trends of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp training, scientific research work of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp major;

- Lead at least 02 (two) science and technology tasks at kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp institutional level or 01 (one) science and technology task at a higher level that has been accepted with results from satisfactory and above;

- Guide at least 02 (two) students to earn a master's degree, or be kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp main or co-advisor for at least 01 (one) Ph.D. student who has earned a doctoral degree;

For lecturers teaching in health sciences, guiding 01 (one) student in successfully defending a specialized residency dissertation or clinical residency is considered equivalent to guiding 01 (one) master's degree student.

For lecturers teaching in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp arts, it is possible to substitute kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp role of main or co-advisor for 01 (one) Ph.D. student with 01 (one) research paper, creation that has won reputable awards domestically and internationally.

For lecturers not participating in guiding master's or doctoral theses, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp number of accepted scientific research topics must be twice kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp number of research topics stipulated at point c of this clause;

- Lead kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp compilation of at least 01 (one) training book evaluated by a scientific council (approved by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp head of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp higher education institution or competent authority) and adopted in training and retraining from kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp undergraduate level and higher, relevant to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp lecturer's teaching or training subject, and has an ISBN international standard book number;

- Be kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp author of at least 06 (six) scientific papers that are kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp lecturer's scientific research work published in scientific journals with an ISSN international standard serial number;

- Be proficient in applying information technology and using foreign languages in performing kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp tasks of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp senior lecturer (Grade I);

- Public employees taking kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp examination or consideration for rank promotion from kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp professional title of principal lecturer (Grade II), code V.07.01.02, to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp professional title of senior lecturer (Grade I), code V.07.01.01, must have held kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp professional title of principal lecturer (Grade II), code V.07.01.02, or equivalent for a minimum of 06 (six) years; includingat least 01 year (full 12 months) holding kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp professional title of principal lecturer (Grade II), code V.07.01.02, until kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp end of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp time limit for submitting application for kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp examination or consideration for rankpromotion.
