*A gifted school is for students who achieve good results in conduct vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay learning in order to develop their aptitudes for a number of subjects on the basis of ensuring a comprehensive general education, creating a source of talents, meeting the development needs of the country.

2. The gifted school shall perform the tasks vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay powers of upper-secondary schools as prescribed in the Charter of lower-secondary schools, upper-secondary schools vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay multi-level schools vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay also perform the following additional duties vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay powers:

- Organize vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay implement the teaching plan of the advanced education program prescribed by the Minister of Education vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Training;

- Research vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay apply appropriately vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay effectively the educational program vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay advanced methods of management, teaching, examination vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay evaluation; promote the implementation of education in science, technology, engineering, art vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay mathematics in general education;

- Develop administrators, teachers vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay employees in sufficient quantity vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay structure; good at expertise vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay profession; have scientific research capacity; use foreign languages in communication, teaching vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay scientific research;

- Coordinate with relevant units in organizing professional training, retraining, foreign languages vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay informatics for administrators, teachers vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay staff to meet the objectives vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tasks of the gifted school;

- Develop cooperation activities with local vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay foreign education vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay training institutions vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay scientific research institutions to improve the quality of education;

- Formulate planning vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay development plans vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay increase investment in teaching facilities vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay equipment in accordance with law to meet the goals vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tasks of the gifted school;

- Organize vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay manage student boarding activities;

- Build, manage vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay effectively use the information system vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay database in service of the management, education vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay assessment of the quality vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay operational efficiency of the school;

- Keep track of the learning vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay working process of former students;

- In each school year, chair at least 01 (one) seminar on the organization vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay management of educational activities in the school with the participation of lower-secondary schools, upper-secondary schools, etc. in order to share solutions vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay results of performing tasks vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay powers of gifted schools as prescribed in Clause 2 Article 2of the Regulation on organization vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay operation of upper-secondary schools for the giftedissued together withCircular 05/2023/TT-BGDDT.

Managing authorities of gifted schools

1. Provincial gifted schools are managed by the Department of Education vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Training.

2. Gifted schools affiliated to higher education institutions are managed by higher education institutions according to regulations on organization, administrators, teachers, staff, facilities, finance, enrollment vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay specified in the Regulation on organization vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay operation of the higher education institutions; under the management of the Department of Education vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Training where the school is located in terms of implementing educational programs vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay plans, administration of graduation exams, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay granting diplomas.

Thus, the supervisory authorities for specialized high schools are:

- The Department of Education vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Training for specialized schools under the province;

- The higher education institution for specialized schools under higher education institutions.

How are the incentive policies for administrators, teachers, staff vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay students regulated?

According to Article 6 ofthe Regulation on organization vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay operation of upper-secondary schools for the giftedissued together withCircular 05/2023/TT-BGDDT, the incentive policies for administrators, teachers, staff vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay students are as follows:

-Administrators, teachers vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay staff of gifted schools are entitled to incentive policies according to the Government's regulations.

People's Committees of provinces (for provincial gifted schools), higher education institutions (for gifted schools affiliated to higher education institutions) shall, according to the provisions of law, on their own or seeking approval from competent authorities to, decide on policies to supplement the incentives vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay rewards for administrators, teachers vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay staff who achieve outstanding performance as to their assigned tasks.

- Students of gifted schools who have won prizes in excellent student competitions in academic subjects; national vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay international science vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay technology competitions will be considered for scholarships vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay receive commendation as prescribed.

- The direct admission, priority consideration for admission to domestic higher education institutions, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay sending students for training to overseas higher education institutions for gifted schools shall comply with the regulations of the Ministry of Education vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Training.
