Principals of higher education institutions

1. vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay principal of a university or vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay director of a parent university (hereinafter referred to as “principal") is vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay person responsible for management and administration of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay higher education institution’s activities in accordance with law and vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay higher education institution’s internal rules and regulations.

vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay designation of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay principal of a public higher education institution shall be decided by vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school council and recognized by a competent authority; vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay designation of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay principal of a for-profit or non-profit private higher education institution shall be decided by vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school council.

- Acts as vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay legal representative and vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay account holder of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay higher education institution, except where vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organizational and operational regulations of a private higher education institution or a non-profit private higher education institution provide otherwise;

- Organizes vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay implementation of activities related to specialization, academics, organization, personnel, finance, assets, domestic and international cooperation, and other activities in accordance with vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay law, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organizational and operational regulations of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay higher education institution, and vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay decisions of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay higher education institution council;

- Submits documents within vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay authority of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay higher education institution council, after obtaining comments from related organizations, units, and individuals in vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay higher education institution; issues other regulations of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay higher education institution in accordance with vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organizational and operational regulations of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay higher education institution;

- Proposes vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay higher education institution council to consider vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay appointment, dismissal, or removal of management titles under vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay authority of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay higher education institution council;

- Implements vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay appointment, dismissal, or removal of other management titles within vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay higher education institution, decides investment projects according to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organizational and operational regulations of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay higher education institution;

- Annually reports to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay higher education institution council on vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay results of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay duties performed by vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay principal and vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay board of directors, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay finance, and assets of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay higher education institution;

- Makes information public and transparent; complies with vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay reporting policies and undergoes inspections by vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay competent authorities; fulfills vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay accountability within vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay assigned duties and powers;

- Performs other duties and powers as prescribed by law; is accountable before vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay law, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay higher education institution council, and related parties; is supervised by related individuals and organizations regarding vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay performance of assigned duties and powers.

a) have political credentials, a doctoral degree; be physically capable of his/her duties; has academic reputation, experience of higher education management and an age conformable with law;

b) satisfy specific standards prescribed by vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay higher education institution’s internal rules and regulations.

Thus, principals of higher education institutions in Vietnammust hold a doctoral degree.
