- Adhere to law; take responsibility before kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp law and to competent authorities and relevant parties for decisions made by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp school council; ensure transparency and availability of information and reports; facilitate inspections by competent authorities; assume accountability within kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp scope responsibility and power of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp school council; facilitate supervision by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp society, organizations and individuals within kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp university;

- Other responsibilities and entitlements specified in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp university’s internal rules and regulations.
