Under Article 57 ofDecree 46/2017/ND-CP, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 licensing requirements for educational operations of an upper secondary school for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 gifted in Vietnam are as follows:
Licensing requirements for educational operations of an upper secondary school for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 gifted
xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 school must meet licensing requirements for educational operations of an upper secondary school as prescribed by Article 27 hereof and xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 following requirements:
1. xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 school’s curriculum and syllabus must be provided in accordance with applicable laws and regulations on schools for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 gifted.
2. xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 school must hire a staff of administrative officers, teachers and employees that are adequate, meet qualification, competency and conduct standards to be able to complete missions of a school for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 gifted.
Thus, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 licensing requirements for educational operations of an upper secondary school for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 gifted in Vietnam are as follows:
(1) Meeting xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 operational conditions for high schools, specifically:
- Having a decision to establish or approve xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 establishment by xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 competent authority as stipulated in Clause 1, Article 26 ofDecree 46/2017/ND-CP.
- Owning land, school head office, facilities and equipment that meet regulatory requirements concerning educational operations.
School facilities shall conform to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 following requirements:
+ xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 classroom must be built in conformity with xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 stipulated specifications, be furnished with an adequate number of chairs and desks of which xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 height fits for all students, teacher's chairs and desks, boards, and ensure good illumination, cool air and be capable of operating in two shifts a day;
+ xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 specialist classroom must be subject to regulations on xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 specialist classroom, adopted by xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Minister of Education and Training;
+ Block of facilities providing educational support services, e.g. multifunctional physical activity facility, library, Young Pioneer – Youth Union activity facility and historical exhibition house;
+ Block of clerical and administrative facilities, e.g. rector’s offices, vice rector’s offices, meeting halls that can receive all of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 administrative officers, teachers and employees, rooms intended for subject groups, healthcare service rooms, storage facilities, guest contact and reception rooms and Communist Party or Union activity rooms;
+ Playgrounds and physical training courtyards that occupy at least 25% of total usable area of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 school and are fully furnished with equipment used for physical and sport activities as well as ensure safety for use;
+ Parking lots that must be arranged at suitable areas within xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 precinct of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 school, ensure conformity to safety, security and sanitation standards;
+ Information technology facilities and systems with internet connection that match teaching and learning demands.
- xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 school must be located at an area that helps provide a good and safe educational environment for students, teachers, administrative officers and employees. xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 school must be located at a separate area with perimeter walls, school main entrance gate and school name sign.
- Having an educational program and teaching, learning materials suitable for each educational level.
- Having a team of qualified and well-trained teachers and managers meeting xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 standards for each educational level; sufficient in number according to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 structure of each type of teacher, ensuring xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 implementation of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 educational program and organization of educational activities.
- Having sufficient financial resources as prescribed to ensure xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 maintenance and development of educational activities.
- Having an organizational and operational regulation of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 school.
(2) Having curriculum and syllabusin accordance with applicable laws and regulations on schools for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 gifted.
(3) Hiring a staff of administrative officers, teachers and employees that are adequate, meet qualification, competency and conduct standards to be able to complete missions of a school for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 gifted.

Under Clause 1, Article 58 ofDecree 46/2017/ND-CP:
Procedures and documentation requirements for educational operations of an upper secondary school for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 gifted
1. xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Director of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Department of Education and Training of a local jurisdiction where a school for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 gifted is based shall be accorded authority to license educational operations of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 school for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 gifted.
2. Documentation requirements and processes for grant of a license for educational operations of a school for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 gifted shall be similar to those applied to a secondary school as provided in Article 28 hereof.
Thus, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Director of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Department of Education and Training of a local jurisdiction where a school for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 gifted is based shall be accorded authority to license educational operations of an upper secondary school for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 gifted in Vietnam.
Who has xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 authority to issue a decision on xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 establishment orapproval oftheestablishment ofan upper secondary school for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 gifted in Vietnam?
Under Clause 1, Article 56 ofDecree 46/2017/ND-CP:
Procedures and documentation requirements for establishment of public upper secondary school for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 gifted, and approval of establishment of private upper secondary school for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 gifted
1. Authority to decide to establish xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 school:
a) xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 President of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 provincial-level People’s Committee shall be accorded authority to issue xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 decision to establish a provincially-governed public school for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 gifted or to approve establishment of a provincially-controlled private school for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 gifted after considering xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 request of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Director of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Department of Education and Training;
b) xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 President of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 People’s Committee of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 province where xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 requesting school is based shall be accorded authority to issue xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 decision to establish a public school for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 gifted or to approve establishment of a private school for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 gifted which is affiliated to a higher education institution upon xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 request of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Head of that higher education institution.
2. Procedures and documentation requirements for establishment or approval of establishment of a school for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 gifted shall be similar to those applied to secondary schools in accordance with regulations laid down herein.
Thus, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 followingpersons have xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 authority to issue a decision on xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 establishment orapproval oftheestablishment ofan upper secondary school for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 gifted in Vietnam:
- For provincially-governed public and private schools for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 gifted: xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 President of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 provincial-level People’s Committee.
- For public and private schools for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 gifted which are affiliated to a higher education institution: xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 President of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 People’s Committee of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 province where xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 requesting school is based.
