College Council
bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp College Council is established and performs its duties and powers in accordance with bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Vocational Education Law and bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp following specific provisions:
1. Duties and powers of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp College Council:
a) Approving regulations on bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp number, structure of labor, and job positions; recruiting, managing, using, and developing bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp team of lecturers, managerial staff, public employees, and workers of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp college; approving bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Regulation on bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp organization and operation of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp college;
b) Introducing personnel to carry out bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp appointment process for bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp principal and vice-principal as per regulations; annually assessing bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp completion of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp duties of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp principal and vice-principals; recommending bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp competent authority to dismiss bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp principal and vice-principals; organizing confidence votes for bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp principal and vice-principals mid-term or unexpectedly when necessary;
c) Requesting bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp principal to explain issues that have not been implemented, incorrectly implemented, or insufficiently implemented according to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp resolutions of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp College Council. If bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp College Council does not agree with bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp principal's explanation, it will report to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp direct management authority of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp college;

Under Article 19 of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Regulations of Pedagogical Colleges issued in conjunction withCircular 23/2022/TT-BGDDTregarding lecturers and managerial staff:
Lecturers and ManagerialStaff
1. Lecturers
a) bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp standard qualifications for lecturers of pedagogical colleges are implemented according to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Education Law and bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Vocational Education Law;
b) Standards for bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp professional titles of lecturers of pedagogical colleges are implemented according to current regulations of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Minister of Education and Training when teaching at bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp college level in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp teacher training sector; implemented according to current regulations of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs for each training level when teaching vocational education levels for sectors and professions outside bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp teacher training sector;
c) bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp duties and rights of lecturers of pedagogical colleges are implemented according to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp provisions of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Education Law, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Vocational Education Law, and other duties and rights as prescribed by current law.
2. Managerial staff at pedagogical colleges are obliged to perform strictly bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp assigned duties and responsibilities; they are entitled to benefits according to current law.
3. Recruitment and use of lecturers, managerial staff in pedagogical colleges
a) Lecturers and managerial staff performing teaching and management tasks in pedagogical colleges are recruited according to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Law on Public Employees; regulations on bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp recruitment, use, and management of public employees by bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Government of Vietnam and labor laws.
b) bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp recruitment and employmentof lecturers must be based on bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp evaluation of their capacity, professional ethics, work effectiveness, and relevant legal regulations.
4. bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp evaluation and classification of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp quality of lecturers and managerial staff are carried out according to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Government of Vietnam's regulations on evaluation and classification of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp quality of officials and public employees.
