- đá bóng trực tiếp pedagogical college is established by đá bóng trực tiếp State to train and cultivate a high-quality teaching workforce at đá bóng trực tiếp college level and competent educational management personnel. This contributes to meeting đá bóng trực tiếp educational development needs of both localities and đá bóng trực tiếp nation; training and cultivating various levels of vocational education in accordance with đá bóng trực tiếp law, meeting đá bóng trực tiếp learning needs of đá bóng trực tiếp public and đá bóng trực tiếp manpower needs, thus contributing to local and national socio-economic development.

- đá bóng trực tiếp objectives and mission of đá bóng trực tiếp pedagogical college are concretized in đá bóng trực tiếp development plans and strategies of đá bóng trực tiếp pedagogical college, ensuring alignment with đá bóng trực tiếp socio-economic development strategy of đá bóng trực tiếp locality and đá bóng trực tiếp development strategy of Vietnam's education system.

Which pedagogical college exist?

As stipulated in Article 4 of đá bóng trực tiếp Charter of đá bóng trực tiếp pedagogical collegeissued together withCircular 23/2022/TT-BGDDT, đá bóng trực tiếp following is provided:

Management ofpedagogical colleges

1. đá bóng trực tiếp pedagogical colleges in this Charter consist of: central pedagogical colleges and local pedagogical colleges, wherein:

a) đá bóng trực tiếp central pedagogical colleges are under đá bóng trực tiếp direct management of đá bóng trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training; they are also subject to territorial management by đá bóng trực tiếp provincial People’s Committee where their main campus or branch is located;

b) đá bóng trực tiếp local pedagogical colleges are under đá bóng trực tiếp direct management of đá bóng trực tiếp provincial People’s Committee.

2. Pedagogical collegesare established by decision of đá bóng trực tiếp Minister of Education and Training; they are subject to state management of education by đá bóng trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training with regard to teacher training programs; and to state management of vocational education by đá bóng trực tiếp Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs when participating in đá bóng trực tiếp training of vocations and disciplines within đá bóng trực tiếp scope of state management by đá bóng trực tiếp Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs.

3. đá bóng trực tiếp provincial People’s Committee is responsible for cooperating with đá bóng trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training to perform state management functions as assigned by đá bóng trực tiếp Government of Vietnam concerning đá bóng trực tiếp pedagogical collegesas per this Charter and related applicable laws.

Thus, pedagogical collegea include:

- Central pedagogical colleges: subject to đá bóng trực tiếp direct management of đá bóng trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training and territorial management by đá bóng trực tiếp provincial People’s Committee where their main campus or branch is located;

- Local pedagogical colleges: subject to đá bóng trực tiếp direct management of đá bóng trực tiếp provincial People's Committee.

What are đá bóng trực tiếp duties and powers of đá bóng trực tiếp council of a pedagogical college?​

Pursuant to Article 8 of đá bóng trực tiếp Charter of đá bóng trực tiếp pedagogical collegeissued together withCircular 23/2022/TT-BGDDT, đá bóng trực tiếp school council is established and performs duties and authorities according to đá bóng trực tiếp provisions of đá bóng trực tiếpLuật lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hômof Vietnamand some specific provisions as follows:

- Approving regulations on đá bóng trực tiếp number, structure of labor, job positions; đá bóng trực tiếp recruitment, management, usage, and development of faculty staff, management cadre, public employees, and school workers; approving đá bóng trực tiếp organizational and operational regulations of đá bóng trực tiếp school;

- Recommending personnel to carry out đá bóng trực tiếp appointment process for đá bóng trực tiếp rector, vice-rector according to regulations; conducting annual performance evaluations of đá bóng trực tiếp rector, vice-rectors; proposing đá bóng trực tiếp competent authority to dismiss đá bóng trực tiếp rector or vice-rectors; organizing confidence votes for đá bóng trực tiếp rector or vice-rectors midway through đá bóng trực tiếp term or in đá bóng trực tiếp case of necessity;

- Requesting đá bóng trực tiếp rector to explain any unmet issues, incorrectly or insufficiently executed resolutions of đá bóng trực tiếp school council. If đá bóng trực tiếp school council disagrees with đá bóng trực tiếp rector's explanation, it shall report to đá bóng trực tiếp direct managing authority of đá bóng trực tiếp school;

- Organizing performance evaluations of đá bóng trực tiếp chairperson of đá bóng trực tiếp school council and council members periodically according to đá bóng trực tiếp school’s public employee performance evaluation schedule;

- Performing other responsibilities and authorities stipulated in đá bóng trực tiếp organizational and operational regulations of đá bóng trực tiếp College of Education;

- Recommending đá bóng trực tiếp competent authority to adopt, dismiss, or replace members of đá bóng trực tiếp school council;

- Periodically or unexpectedly reporting and explaining to đá bóng trực tiếp direct managing authority of đá bóng trực tiếp school, and to state education management authorities regarding đá bóng trực tiếp execution of đá bóng trực tiếp school council’s duties and authorities.
