Qualifications of accreditors
1.Have good moral qualities, stay honest, impartial đá bóng trực tiếp fair in work.
2.Have professional đá bóng trực tiếp scientific working attitude đá bóng trực tiếp style; responsible đá bóng trực tiếp cooperative in work; abide by the law.
3.Have a deep đá bóng trực tiếp wide understanding đá bóng trực tiếp practical experience in quality assurance đá bóng trực tiếp accreditation of higher education đá bóng trực tiếp pedagogical colleges; knowledgeable about policies đá bóng trực tiếp laws on higher education đá bóng trực tiếp pedagogical colleges; have the ability to independently đá bóng trực tiếp autonomously make comments, assessments đá bóng trực tiếp recommendations on quality assurance đá bóng trực tiếp accreditation of educational institutions đá bóng trực tiếp training programs according to the standards issued by the Minister of Education đá bóng trực tiếp Training.
4.Have 5 years or more working as a lecturer or working in the field of management of higher education, pedagogical colleges.
5.Have a valid accreditor’s card.
Thus, the qualifications of pedagogical college đá bóng trực tiếp higher education accreditors in Vietnam are as follows:

What are the prohibited acts forpedagogical college đá bóng trực tiếp higher education accreditors in Vietnam?
Under Clause 3, Article 5 ofCircular No. 14/2022/TT-BGDDT, higher education đá bóng trực tiếp pedagogical college accreditors in Vietnam are prohibited from performing the following acts:
- Abuse the tasks đá bóng trực tiếp powers of accreditors to commit unprincipled acts of education accreditation in order to profit from educational institutions, education accreditation organizations đá bóng trực tiếp relevant organizations đá bóng trực tiếp individuals;
- Connect with educational institutions đá bóng trực tiếp education accreditation organizations to contravene the law in negotiating đá bóng trực tiếp signing education accreditation consultancy contracts, affecting the interests of the public interests đá bóng trực tiếp legitimate interests of organizations đá bóng trực tiếp individuals;
- Receive or demand any other money or benefits from educational institutions đá bóng trực tiếp other related organizations đá bóng trực tiếp individuals in addition to the remuneration đá bóng trực tiếp expenses agreed upon under the signed contract đá bóng trực tiếp under the laws;
- Insult the honor or ruin the reputation of colleagues; take advantage of their influence to illegally interfere in the activities of colleagues;
- Other acts prohibited by law.
What is the purpose of issuing Regulations on pedagogical college đá bóng trực tiếp higher education accreditors in Vietnam?
Under Article 3 ofCircular No. 14/2022/TT-BGDDT, the issuance of regulations on higher education đá bóng trực tiếp pedagogical college accreditors aims to:
- Serve as a basis for competent regulatory bodies to manage the activities of accreditors; enable society đá bóng trực tiếp relevant agencies đá bóng trực tiếp organizations to know đá bóng trực tiếp supervise the performance of tasks đá bóng trực tiếp powers of accreditors, training, assessment, recruitment đá bóng trực tiếp management of accreditors.
-Serve as a basis to improve the quality of the accreditor team, to meet the requirements of quality assurance đá bóng trực tiếp quality accreditation of higher education, pedagogical colleges đá bóng trực tiếp related parties' requirements.
-Serve as a basis for accreditor training facilities to build đá bóng trực tiếp develop programs đá bóng trực tiếp provide professional training for accreditors.
-Ensure consistency đá bóng trực tiếp efficiency in recruitment đá bóng trực tiếp management of accreditors of education accreditation organizations; ensure fairness đá bóng trực tiếp objectivity in testing accreditors; improve the professionalism of accreditors đá bóng trực tiếp the quality of education accreditation.
-In order for accreditors đá bóng trực tiếp people who aspire to become accreditors to take initiative in đá bóng trực tiếp have plans in learning, training, improving quality đá bóng trực tiếp capacity to meet the requirements of quality assurance đá bóng trực tiếp education accreditation.
