According to the provisions in Article 12 ofCircular No. 09/2024/TT-BGDDT, higher education institutions must disclose the following information regarding conditions for training trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay research quality assurance:

-Level of satisfaction of criteria set out in the higher education institution standards, conformable with the result announced by the Ministry of Training trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Education of Vietnam (for higher education institutions).

- Training majors/programs trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay exams for certificates:

+ List of training majors currently provided trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay details on satisfaction of conditions for opening such majors;

+ List of training programs currently provided, details on such programs according to training program standards (expected learning outcomes, admission requirements, conditions for implementing training programs) trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay forms of degrees or certificates issued to graduates at each level, training major trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay training mode; regarding international cooperation programs, information on the higher education institution engaging in joint training, duration of cooperation program, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay written approval given by competent authority;

+ List of exams for international certificates which are organized in cooperation with other parties, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay details on exams, types trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay forms of certificates issued, duration of cooperation, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay written approval given by competent authorities.

- Lecturers, educational managers trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay employees:

+) Number of educational managers trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay employees sorted by groups of job positions;

+ Number of full-time lecturers of the educational institution trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay of each training field sorted by level of training, professors, associate professors; list of tenured lecturers sorted by professional unit, including: full name, qualifications, position, in-charge fields, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay main research direction;

+ Number of lecturers, educational managers trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay employees who have completed annual training courses as prescribed;

+ Ratio of students to tenured lecturers.

- Shared physical facilities:

+ List of training locations/campuses; information on land area, address trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay main use purposes (training, research, services, etc.);

+ List of buildings (halls, lecture halls, dormitories, libraries, learning material center; working buildings, etc.), trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay physical facilities; information on building floor area, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay floor area used for training, research trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay other purposes.

+ Information on library (working spaces, reading room, etc.); number of titles trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay copies of textbooks trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay monographs.

- Quality assessment trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay accreditation of the educational institution trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay training program:

+ Results of internal assessment carried out by the educational institution; plans for improving quality after internal assessment;

+ Educational quality accreditation certificates issued by qualified educational quality assessment body in chronological order;

+ Annual trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay 05-year plans for improving educational quality after external assessment trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay implementation results.

According to the provisions in Article 13 ofCircular No. 09/2024/TT-BGDDT, higher education institutions must disclose the following information regarding plans trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay achievements in training, science trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay technology activities:

- Annual plan for enrolment trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay organization of training activities for each level trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay model of training which conforms to current regulations on enrollment trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay training.

- Annual enrolment trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay training results of each training level, calculated for the entire educational institution trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay sorted by training sector trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay mode:

+ Training scale, number of freshmen trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay number of graduates;

+ Ratio of enrolled students to planned enrolment target, dropout rate, dropout rate at the beginning of the academic year, ratio of students who graduate late by no more than 2 years from the normal graduation time, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay on-time graduation rate (i.e. ratio of students who graduate by the normal graduation time);

+ Ratio of university graduates who are employed in fields related to their qualifications within 12 months after graduation.

- Achievements in science trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay technology in the year, calculated for the entire educational institution trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay sorted by field of science trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay technology:

+ List of science trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay technology projects, schemes or tasks in which the educational institution plays the leading role: name of the project, scheme or task; level of managing authority; leading person trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay participating members; domestic trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay international partners; implementation duration; funding; brief description of findings trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay products;

+ Number of scientific works post on reputable international publications trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay other scientific publications; number of granted invention patents trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay utility solution patents;

+ Results of knowledge transfer, technology transfer trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay support for startups (if any).

What is the time forpublic disclosure ofinformationon theweb portalin the activities of higher education institutions in Vietnam?

Under Clause 2, Article 15 ofCircular No. 09/2024/TT-BGDDT, the regulation is as follows:

2. Public disclosure of information on a web portal must last for at least 05 years from the posting date. Public posting of information at premises of early childhood education institutions trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay schools/classes for people with disabilities that do not yet establish their own web portals must last for at least 90 days, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay such posted information must be retained for at least 05 years from the posting date to ensure the access to information.

3. In addition to the public disclosure of information as prescribed in clauses 1, 2 of this Article, educational institutions must also make public disclosure in accordance with regulations of relevant laws.

Thus, public disclosure of information in the activities of higher education institutions on a web portal must last for at least 05 years from the posting date.
