Article 4. Definitions

Organizational structure of a parent university

b) trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay principal and vice-principals;

c) trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay science and training council; other councils (if any);

d) Affiliated universities and research institutes (if any); schools, boards, science and technology organizations, library and other organizations serving training activities;

dd) Faculties, campuses, research institutes, service facilities, centers, enterprises, business establishments and other units (if any) necessary for development of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay parent university.

2. trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay specific organizational structure or a parent university, relationship and level of autonomy of its subsidiaries, affiliated units and internal units shall be specified in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay university’s internal rules and regulations.

Under Article 18 of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nayLaw No. 08/2012/QH13 lịch trực, as amended by Clause 13, Article 1 of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nayLaw No. 34/2018/QH14 dated November 19, 2018 on amendments, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay responsibilities and powers of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school council of a parent university are as follows:

- trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay public school council of a parent university has trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay following responsibilities and powers:

+ Decide trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay development strategies, development plans, annual plans of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay parent university, its reorganization and admission of new members as prescribed by law;

+ Issue trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay parent university’s internal rules and regulations, finance regulations and grassroots democracy regulations, except for trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay cases specified in in Clause 2, Article 29 of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nayLaw No. 08/2012/QH13 lịch trực, in compliance with trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay provisions of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nayLaw No. 08/2012/QH13 lịch trựcand other relevant legal provisions;

+ Decide trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay training orientation, scientific activities, international cooperation and ensure higher education quality;

+ Decide organizational structure and subsidiaries of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay parent university; standards of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay president, vice-presidents (if any) and members of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school council; standards of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay director and vice-directors;

Issue or propose issuance of decisions on recognition and dismissal of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay director; designate and dismiss vice-directors as proposed by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay director, except as provided in Clause 3, Article 8 of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nayLaw No. 08/2012/QH13 lịch trực;

Deciding on managerial positions in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay affiliated units and internal units prescribed by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay parent university’s internal rules and regulations; organize annual assessment of performance of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school council president and director; hold mid-tenure or irregular vote on confidence in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school council president or director;

+ Decide policies on investment, development of facilities and resources commonly shared in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay parent university; policies on attracting investments in development of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay parent university; policies of investment and use of valuable assets under trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay management of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay parent university according to its internal rules and regulations; salaries, bonuses and other benefits of managers of affiliated units and internal units of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay parent university according to their performance; tuition fees and assistance for students; approve financial plans; ratify annual financial statements and statements of lawful sources of income of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay university;

+ Supervise trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay implementation of decisions issued by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school council, implementation of democracy regulations and trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay director’s accountability;

Supervise trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay management and use of funds and assets of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay parent university; submit annual reports on supervision results and performance of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school council to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school assembly;

+ Adhere to law; take responsibility before trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay law and to competent authorities and relevant parties for decisions made by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school council;

Ensure transparency and availability of information and reports; facilitate inspections by competent authorities; assume accountability within trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay scope responsibility and power of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school council; facilitate supervision by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay society, organizations and individuals within trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay parent university;

+ Perform responsibilities and entitlements specified in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay parent university’s internal rules and regulations; other responsibilities and entitlements to their affiliated units and internal units according to Clause 2, Article 16 of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nayLaw No. 08/2012/QH13 lịch trực(amended by Clause 10, Article 1 of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nayLaw No. 34/2018/QH14 dated November 19, 2018 on amendments).

- trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school council of a for-profit or non-profit private university has trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay same responsibilities and entitlements specified in Clause 2, Article 16a of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nayLaw No. 08/2012/QH13 lịch trực(added after Article 16 by Clause 11, Article 1 of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nayLaw No. 34/2018/QH14 dated November 19, 2018 on amendments); is entitled to directly designate and dismiss trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay university’s principal in accordance with its internal rules and regulations.
