School principal, deputy principal (s);
1. School principal
a) vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay principal of a private school shall manage and direct vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school's operations and take responsibility for vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school’s educational quality.
b) vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay principal of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay private school must meet all requirements as prescribed in vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Charter of private schools, not be older than 70 years of age when he/she is nominated and not be an official, an employee of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay state personnel.
c) vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tenure of a principal
vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tenure of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay principal shall be 05 years. In case of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay private school with a foreign principal, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay principal's tenure shall comply with vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay work permit and not exceed 5 years.
Each person may not hold vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Principal position concurrently in two private schools.

2. Composition of school council
a) vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school shall be composed of investor representatives and in-school and out-school members elected in an investor conference and decided according to vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay proportion of contribution.

- vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay private school must ensure that vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay ratio of number of tenured teachers to total number of teachers in vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay first school year shall comply with vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay regulations on vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay public schools as follow: primary schools: 90%; lower secondary schools and upper secondary schools: at least 40%.
