Appendix 4issued together withJoint Circular 13/2016/TTLT-BYT-BGDDTprovides xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái following guidance for scoring healthcare activities in general education institutions:
1. Rules for scoring
-Only mark “yes” criteria/elements.
-Optional criteria/elements are marked according to benchmarks.
-xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái criteria/elements completely fulfilled shall be awarded 100% of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái benchmark, those partially fulfilled is marked 50% of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái benchmark.
2. Assessment:

a) Schools ranked as excellent:A school will be ranked excellent if its overall score is at least 90and occupies at least 80% of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái benchmark of every compulsory criteria.
-Compulsory criteria:
+ Facilities, water supply and drainage, environmental hygiene, food safety, student healthcare (≥ 32 scores)
+Execution of school health policies and development of social relationships between schools and community(≥ 8.0 scores)
+School health management and education(≥ 16 scores)
+Health education and propagation(≥ 12.0 scores)
b) Schools ranked as good
A school will be ranked as good if it achieves an overall score percentage of from 70 – <90% of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái benchmark.There may be one criteria scored under 70% of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái benchmark.
c) Schools ranked average:
A school will be ranked average if it gets 50 -<70% of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái benchmark; and there may be one criteria under 50% of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái benchmark.
d) Schools ranked unsatisfactory:
A school will be ranked unsatisfactory if it fails to reach 50% of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái benchmark.

3. Collaborate with xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Health sector in training, professional training for school health official.
4. Collaborate with xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái local Health sector annually to summarize and assess healthcare activities in schools.
5. Perform statistics and report healthcare activities in schools results as stipulated.
6. xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái recruitment of school health official must comply with xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái regulations of competent authorities.
7. In case of planning, new construction, renovation, repair of schools, purchase of equipment, instruments, children's toys, medicines, medical equipment, it must be done or advised to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái competent authority to implement according to current standards and regulations.

According to Article 3 ofJoint Circular 13/2016/TTLT-BYT-BGDDT, regulations are as follows:
Sources of financing for healthcare activities in schools
1.Healthcareactivities in schools are financed from:
a) Annual funding for health and education allocated according xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái current budget of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái organization;
b) Funding from student health insurances under current regulations of laws;
c) Funding from domestic and overseas entities and other legal earnings under regulations of laws.
2.xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái funding for healthcare activities in schools shall be properly allocated in accordance with xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái State’s current regulations of laws.
3.xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái estimation, allocation and finalization of such funding shall be made in accordance with current regulations of laws.
Thus, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái funding for healthcare activities in schools shall be properly allocated in accordance with xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái State’s current regulations of laws.
