Definitions

For đá bóng trực tiếp purposes of this document, đá bóng trực tiếp terms below shall be construed as follows:

1. “education quality” means achieving objectives of education facilities or programs, meeting requirements of đá bóng trực tiếp Law on Education, amendment to đá bóng trực tiếp Education Law and Tertiary Education, satisfying đá bóng trực tiếp demand for đá bóng trực tiếp use of human resources for đá bóng trực tiếp purpose of local and national socio-economic development.

2. “education accreditation” means đá bóng trực tiếp activity in which đá bóng trực tiếp evaluation and certification of đá bóng trực tiếp actualization of educational objectives, programs and contents of schools and other education facilities is presented. Education accreditation includes đá bóng trực tiếp accreditation of education facilities (hereinafter referred to as school accreditation) and that of educational programs (hereinafter referred to as program accreditation). đá bóng trực tiếp school accreditation shall be applied to all education facilities of all educational and training level. đá bóng trực tiếp program accreditation shall be applied to educational programs for technical college, college, university, master and professor.

1. đá bóng trực tiếp funding source of đá bóng trực tiếp education accreditation organization founded by đá bóng trực tiếp State shall include:

a) Funding provided by đá bóng trực tiếp State:

- đá bóng trực tiếp investment funding for basic construction, reciprocal capital, funding for purchasing equipments and repairing fixed assets shall be allocated in đá bóng trực tiếp scope of đá bóng trực tiếp cost estimate of budget expenditure approved by đá bóng trực tiếp competent authority;

- đá bóng trực tiếp funding for undertaking missions of education accreditation ordered by đá bóng trực tiếp State:

According to Clause 1, Article 16of đá bóng trực tiếp Regulation on conditions for đá bóng trực tiếp foundation and dissolution, missions and rights of đá bóng trực tiếp education accreditation organization is issued together withCircular 61/2012/TT-BGDDT,rights and financial obligations of an education accreditation organization are as follows:

Based on Clause 1, Article 16 of đá bóng trực tiếp Regulations on Conditions for Establishment and Dissolution, Duties, and Powers of Educational Quality Assurance Organizations, issued together withCircular 61/2012/TT-BGDDT, đá bóng trực tiếp rights and financial obligations of educational quality assurance organizations are stipulated as follows:

-Education accreditation organizations may collect đá bóng trực tiếp fee for program and school accreditation in accordance with regulations of đá bóng trực tiếp Ministry of Finance on state budget revenue and đá bóng trực tiếp compulsory framework of fee for education accreditation of educational facilities and programs.

In terms of non-compulsory revenue from đá bóng trực tiếp operation of education accreditation (e.g. service activity), education accreditation organizations may decide đá bóng trực tiếp service fee depending on đá bóng trực tiếp job content and contract with đá bóng trực tiếp educational facility.

- After reasonably meeting all expenditure, education accreditation organizations shall take responsibility to fulfill đá bóng trực tiếp tax duty to đá bóng trực tiếp State in accordance with đá bóng trực tiếp law each year; in terms of đá bóng trực tiếp difference between đá bóng trực tiếp revenue and expenditure (if any), state-owned education accreditations organizations is entitled to establish a fund as regulated by laws applied to public service provider.
