1. A class for athletically gifted students shall be established within trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay precincts of a general education institution at trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay request of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school headmaster; established within trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay precincts of a primary school or lower secondary school under trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay establishment decision issued by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay President of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay district-level People’s Committee upon receipt of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay request jointly submitted by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Subdepartment of Education and Training and trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay regulatory authority over sports and physical activities at trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay district level; established within trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay precincts of an upper secondary school under trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay establishment decision issued by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay President of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay provincial-level People’s Committee upon receipt of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay request jointly submitted by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Department of Education and Training and trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism (or simply trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Department of Culture and Sports).

3.
