- This Charter provides for the status, tasks, entitlements, and organization and management trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay preschools; organization trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay activities trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay nurture, care, and education; finance and asset; teachers and staff; children; the relationship between the school, families, and society.

- This Charter applies to preschools, kindergartens, daycare homes (hereinafter referred to as "preschools"); organizations and individuals participating in preschool education.

-Develop directions and plans for the development trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the school according to regulations trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the Ministry trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Education and Training, ensuring the suitability for the socio-economic conditions trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the surrounding area and the vision, mission, and core values trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the school.

- Make necessary arrangements for nurturing, caring, and educating children from 3 months old to 6 years old according to the educational program for preschools promulgated by the Minister trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Education and Training.

- Actively propose demands and participate in the recruitment trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay managers, teachers, and staff in public schools; manage and use managers, teachers, and staff to perform tasks trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay children nurture, care, and education.

- Perform activities for education quality assurance and inspection in accordance with regulations. Publicly announce objectives, educational programs, plans, conditions to ensure education quality, and results trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay evaluation and inspection trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay education quality.
