a) trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro central pedagogical college is under trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Ministry of Education and Training; it is directly managed by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Ministry of Education and Training,also subject to territorial management by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Provincial People's Committee where trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro college's main head office and branch are located;

b) trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro local pedagogical college is under trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Provincial People's Committee; it is directly managed by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Provincial People's Committee.

2. trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro pedagogical college is established by decision of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Minister of Education and Training; it is subject to state management of education by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Ministry of Education and Training for teacher training majors; it is subject to state management of vocational education by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairswhen engaging in training majorsmanaged by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs.

3. trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Provincial People's Committee is responsible for cooperating with trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Ministry of Education and Training to perform state management according to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro functions, tasks, and assignments of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Government of Vietnam concerning trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro pedagogical college as stipulated in this Charter and related current legal provisions.

Principal

1. trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro qualifications, conditions, roles, positions, tasks, powers, and tenure of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro principal of a pedagogical college shall be implemented according to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro provisions of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Law on Vocational Education; trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro regulations on trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro recruitment, use, and management of public employees by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Government of Vietnam and trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro following specific provisions:

a) trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro principal of a pedagogical college must have a reputation in science and education; possess at least a master's degree, includingat least one bachelor's degree in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Educational Sciences and Teacher Training sector, and have at least 5 years of teaching or managerial experience at trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro departmental level in colleges or universities, or have at least 5 years of educational management experience at trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro departmental level or higher in educational management agencies; have undergone training and professional development in educational management assessed at least as satisfactory by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro training institution, be capable of school administration; before being appointed, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro principal must have at least 3 consecutive years of good performance evaluation.

b) In case of appointing someone from other organizations, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro competent management authority shall follow trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro legal procedures to make trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro principal of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro pedagogical college a tenured member.

- Implement trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro policy of socializing education, have solutions to attract social organizations, recruiting organizations, enterprises, and other stakeholders to participate in infrastructure investment; provide advice to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro school on development planning, sectoral structure, training level structure, program development; support funding for learners and recruit graduates, supervise educational activities, and create a healthy educational environment.
