1. School principal

b) In order to be appointed as trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay principal of a public secondary school or recognized as trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay principal of a private secondary school, one must meet trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay standards provided for in Clause 3 of this Article and other standards as per trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay law.
c) trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay tenure of a secondary school’s principal shall be 05 years. After each academic year, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay principal shall receive feedback from trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school's public employees and staff and be assessed by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay competent authority as prescribed by law. A person shall not hold their post as trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay principal of a public secondary school for more than two consecutive tenures.

Appoint department/unit heads and deputy heads; and establish trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school council as per trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay provisions in Points đ, e, Clause 1, Article 10 of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay lower secondary school, upper secondary school and multi-level school charter, issued together withCircular No. 32/2020/TT-BGDDT;
- Formulate trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school’s development planning, objectives, vision and strategies; trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school’s organizational and operational regulations; and trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school’s annual education plans, which shall be proposed to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school council for approval and implementation;
- Adopt trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school council’s decisions or conclusions concerning trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay matters mentioned in Point c Clause 1 Article 10 ofthe lower secondary school, upper secondary school and multi-level school charter, issued together withCircular No. 32/2020/TT-BGDDT.
- In case trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay principal does not agree with a decision from trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school council, obtain trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay opinion of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay supervisory education authority.
- While waiting for said opinion, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay principal must abide by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay parts of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school council’s decision that are not against existing regulations of lawand trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay lower secondary school, upper secondary school and multi-level school charter, issued together withCircular No. 32/2020/TT-BGDDT;
- Submit reports on and assessment of implementation of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school’s education plan and decisions issued by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school council to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school council and competent authorities;
- Recruit and manage teachers and staff; sign labor contracts with teachers and staff, and receive and relocate teachers and staff; manage academic matters; assign tasks to teachers and staff, inspect and evaluate teachers and staff; and reward and discipline teachers and staff as prescribed by law;
- Manage students and student activities organized by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school; approve student assessment results, sign school report books, sign written confirmation of completion of primary education program for primary school students (if any) of multi-level schools, grant certificate of completion of general education program to upper secondary students (if any) and decide rewards and discipline for students;

- Provide state benefits for teachers, staff and students; comply with regulations on democracy and accountability of heads of educational institutions in organization of their institutions’ activities; facilitate privatization of education in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school;
- Direct emulation movements and campaigns; provide transparency to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school and trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay society as per trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay law;
- Join meetings of specialized teams; self-learn to improve professional capacity and managerial capability; be entitled to benefits offered to teachers and incentive policies as prescribed by law; and may teach in compliance with regulations on teaching hour norms for principals;
- Hold trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay right to receive training to improve professional capacity and qualifications and be entitled to benefits prescribed by law.

(1)Regarding qualifications and years of experience: meet trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay qualification standards of teachers provided for in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nayxem bóng đá trực tiếpapplicable to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay in charged education level or to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay highest education level of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay multi-level school and have at least 05 years of teaching experience (or 04 years for mountainous areas, islands, remote and isolated areas, areas where ethnic minorities reside and areas with exceptional socio-economic difficulties) in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay in charged education level.
(2) Meet trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay standards provided for in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay standards for principals of lower secondary schools, upper secondary schools and multi-level schools, which are in compliance with standards for principals of general education institutions promulgated by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Minister of Education and Training.
