- Ensure honesty in scientific research; no cheating, illegal copying, or forgery; do not use or present others' research content and results as their own.

According to Article 12 of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Regulation issued withCircular 06/2024/TT-BGDDT, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ process of registration, approval, and selection of projects for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ National Scientific and Engineering Research Competition for lower and upper secondary school students in Vietnam is as follows:

(1) For educational institutions

- Educational institutions publicly announce trực tiếp bóng đá k+ objectives, content, requirements, evaluation criteria of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ competition projects, and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ organizational form of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Competition for teachers and staff to discover, guide students in selecting topics, and building research plans;

- Teachers and staff who guided students in building research plans report to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ specialized team for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ specialized team to report, propose to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ principal or director (commonly referred to as trực tiếp bóng đá k+ head of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ educational institution) for consideration and approval;

- trực tiếp bóng đá k+ head of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ educational institution approves trực tiếp bóng đá k+ research plans and guides according to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ proposal of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ specialized team; directs trực tiếp bóng đá k+ specialized team to monitor and support trực tiếp bóng đá k+ research process according to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ approved research plan;

- Educational institutions evaluate students' projects; and select trực tiếp bóng đá k+ projects to send to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Competition unit for evaluation and selection according to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ unit's guidance.

(2) For trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Competition units

- Evaluate students' projects according to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ evaluation criteria in Appendix 2 of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Regulation issued withCircular 06/2024/TT-BGDDTand select projects to participate in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Competition;

- Submit trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Competition dossier according to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ provisions of Article 13 of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Regulation issued withCircular 06/2024/TT-BGDDTto trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Ministry of Education and Training at least 30 days before trực tiếp bóng đá k+ opening day of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Competition.
