According to Clause 2, Article 5 ofCircular No. 27/2017/TT-BLDTBXH, applicants forenrolment forthebridge program designed for college-level vocational education in Vietnam include:
- đá bóng trực tiếp person that has anintermediate education diploma with đá bóng trực tiếp same discipline/branch and high school diploma or equivalent;
- đá bóng trực tiếp person that has an intermediate education diploma but is yet to have a high school diploma must ensure that he/she learned and passed đá bóng trực tiếp exams with adequate academic body of knowledge for high school students according to regulations of theMinistry of Education and Training;
- đá bóng trực tiếp person that has an associate degree, associate vocational education degree wishes to attend đá bóng trực tiếp bridge program to have đá bóng trực tiếp second associate degree.
What is đá bóng trực tiếp power to issue decision on enrolment for and provision of bridge programdesigned for college-level vocational education in Vietnam?
According to Article 4 ofCircular No. 27/2017/TT-BLDTBXH, đá bóng trực tiếp regulations are as follows:
Article 4. Power to issue decision on enrolment for and provision ofbridge program
1. Theschool principal may issue a decision on enrolment for and provision ofbridge program between levels of vocational educationif đá bóng trực tiếp eligibility requirements specified in Article 3 of this Article are met.
2.đá bóng trực tiếp decision on enrolment for and provision ofbridge programshall specify name of discipline/branch, levels, methods and forms of bridge program; eligible applicants and forms of enrolment.
Simultaneously, Article 3 ofCircular 27/2017/TT-BLDTBXHstipulates đá bóng trực tiếp following:
Eligibility requirements for provision of bridge program
A school may provide bridge program if đá bóng trực tiếp following eligibility requirements are met:
1.đá bóng trực tiếp school is issued with a certificate of registration for provision of intermediate and college-level vocational education by a competent authority of đá bóng trực tiếp disciplines/branches expected to be included in đá bóng trực tiếp bridge program at đá bóng trực tiếp equivalent level.
2.đá bóng trực tiếp school has introduced bridge program that is designed for đá bóng trực tiếp disciplines/branches expected to be included in đá bóng trực tiếp bridge program as prescribed in Article 7 of this Circular.
3.For đá bóng trực tiếp school providing bridge program designed for health discipline, at least 01 (one) full-time course provided for students at intermediate or college level has been completed.
Thus, according to đá bóng trực tiếp above regulations, đá bóng trực tiếp school principal may issue a decision on enrolment for and provision of bridge program between levels of vocational education if đá bóng trực tiếp eligibility requirements specified in Article 3 ofCircular No. 27/2017/TT-BLDTBXH.

According to Article 5 ofCircular No. 05/2021/TT-BLDTBXH, đá bóng trực tiếp required documents and procedures for applying for college-level vocational education programs in Vietnam are regulated as follows:
- An application includes:
+ Vocational education application, which is made using đá bóng trực tiếp form in Appendix 02 enclosed therewith;
+ Certified true copies of other necessary documents according to non-exam admission or admission examination requirements and criteria of each school.
- Application methods
+ Apply directly by filling in and submitting đá bóng trực tiếp vocational education application form to đá bóng trực tiếp junior high school, high school, continuing education center or vocational education - continuing education center or local Department of Labor - War Invalids and Social Affairs or đá bóng trực tiếp target school;
+ Apply online via đá bóng trực tiếp vocational education admission website of Directorate of Vocational Education, Ministry of Labor - War Invalids and Social Affairs at http://tuyensinh.gdnn.gov.vn or website of local Department of Labor - War Invalids and Social Affairs or website of đá bóng trực tiếp target school;
+Apply online via đá bóng trực tiếp “Chọn nghề” (“Choose a career”) application on mobile devices (smart phones and tablets).
- Application submission
+ Vocational education admission applications shall be submitted directly;
+ Certified true copies of other necessary documents according to non-exam admission or admission examination requirements and criteria of each school shall be submitted directly to target schools or by post at đá bóng trực tiếp request of target schools.
- Schools shall announce đá bóng trực tiếp application submission methods and admission charges most favorable for applicants.
Note: Circular No. 05/2021/TT-BLDTBXHis not applicable to schools admitting students to teacher training programs and persons applying for programs provided in cooperation with foreign countries or overseas.
