Under Article 18 of the Primary School Regulations issued withCircular 28/2020/TT-BGDDT, the regulations are as follows:

Textbooks, teaching equipment, reference materials, and local educational materials

1. Primary schools use textbooks approved by the Minister of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 and Training and selected by the provincial People's Committee for use in teaching and learning processes in primary schools within the locality. Teachers and students use the textbooks for teaching and learning activities to achieve the educational goals, content, and required qualities and capacities of students as stipulated in the primary xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 curriculum. The primary school must promptly and fully provide information on the textbooks used at the school for students and their families.

2. Teaching equipment used in schools must be from the list of minimum teaching equipment issued by the Ministry of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 and Training and other teaching equipment in accordance with the general xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 curriculum.

3. The school organizes the selection and provision of reference publications to serve the teaching and research activities of teachers as prescribed by the Ministry of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 and Training; encourages teachers to use reference publications to improve the quality of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2. No organization or individual is allowed to force students to buy reference materials.

4. Local educational materials are directed, compiled, and appraised by the provincial People's Committee to meet the needs and be appropriate to the local characteristics, in accordance with the requirements of the primary xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 curriculum's goals and content, and are approved by the Minister of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 and Training.

TheGrade 4 Science textbooks are selected and officially used in the teaching and learning process in primary schools within the locality under the decision of the provincial People's Committee.

Based on Article 7 ofCircular 27/2023/TT-BGDDT, the regulation is as follows:

Procedure for selecting textbooks in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 and training institutions

1. The Council develops a plan to organize the selection of textbooks for the xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 and training institution; assigns tasks to Council members.

2. Organize the selection of textbooks at the professional team

a) Based on the Council’s plan and criteria for selecting textbooks, the professional team leaderprepares a plan for selecting textbooks for each subject structured within the professional team and reports to the leader before implementation;

b) Organize for all teachers of the subject within the xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 and training institution (including permanent, contracted, seconded, visiting, and joint school teachers) to participate in selecting textbooks for that subject;

c) No later than 20 days before the first meeting of the professional team, the professional team leader organizes for subject teachers to study the textbooks of the subject, write evaluation forms, and evaluate the textbooks according to the criteria for selecting textbooks;

d) the professional team leader organizes a meeting with subject teachers to discuss and vote to select 01 (one) textbook for that subject. If the subject only has 01 textbook approved by the Minister of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 and Training, the professional team selects that textbook without voting.
