Responsibility 2.The Minister of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay and Training and the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, within their responsibilities and powers, have the following responsibilities:

- Prescribe standards for facilities, physical lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay, and sports equipment for physical lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay activities at all lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay levels and training degrees;

- Specify the number, professional standards of physical lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay and sports teachers and lecturers for all lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay levels and training degrees;

- Develop and promulgate the physical lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay curriculum, training and fostering physical lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay and sports teachers and lecturers, and guide extracurricular sports activities in schools;

- Issue standards for evaluating and grading the physical fitness of students.

Responsibility 3.Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, and agencies under the Government of Vietnam are responsible for directing and organizing the construction of facilities, arranging physical lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay and sports lecturers and teachers for schools under their management.

Responsibility 4.Provincial People's Committees, centrally-run cities (hereinafter referred to as provincial-level People's Committees) have the following responsibilities:

- Plan land, construct facilities, multifunctional gyms, ensure sports equipment, implement staff norms of physical lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay and sports teachers and lecturers for public schools within the locality;

- Implement preferential land policies in accordance with the law for private and people-founded schools to enable these schools to build facilities serving physical lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay and sports in schools.

Additionally, contents are also guided by Article 7 of theDecree 112/2007/ND-CPas follows:

- Agencies managing state matters in lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay and training, schools, and other educational institutions within the national lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay system have responsibilities to facilitate the activities of students' physical lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay and sports clubs and affiliated physical lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay centers.

- Schools and other educational institutions ensure the proper investment, construction, and use of facilities dedicated to physical lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay courses and sports activities as per the Law on lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay, Law on Physical lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay and Sports, and related laws.
