- Have a father, mother, or caregiver or the child is a permanent resident in particularly difficult villages, communes with exceptionally difficult socio-economic conditions, particularly difficult communes in coastal and island areas as stipulated by the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam.
- Do not have a source of support as stipulated in Clause 1, Article 5 ofNghị định 136/2013/NĐ-CP.
- Are members of households classified as poor or near-poor according to the Prime Minister's regulations.

According to Clauses 2, 3 of Article 7 ofDecree 105/2020/ND-CPamended by Clause 1 of Article 4Decree 104/2022/ND-CP, the amount of, application and procedures for lunch assistance benefit for preschool xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 in Vietnam are as follows:
* Lunch support amount:160,000 VND/child/month.
The support period is calculated based on actual study months, but not exceeding 9 months/school year.
* Documents for lunch support policy:
- Parents or caregivers, guardians of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 whose fathers, mothers, or caregivers, or xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 are permanent residents in particularly difficult villages, communes with exceptionally difficult socio-economic conditions, or particularly difficult communes in coastal and island areas as stipulated by the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam, should provide information about the child's personal identification number or that of a parent or caregiver.
Submit a copy of one of the following documents: Citizen Identity Card, Identity Card, Certificate of Residency Information, Notification of Personal Identification Number and Citizen Information in the National Population Database in case the agency, organization cannot extract the residency information of citizens from the National Population Database.
+ A copy along with the original for comparison or a certified true copy of the household registration book or provide information about the child's personal identification number or that of a parent or caregiver.
+ A certification by the police agency regarding the child's permanent residency registration (in case the household registration book is lost).
- Parents or caregivers, guardians of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 who do not have support sources as stipulated in Clause 1, Article 5 ofDecree 136/2013/ND-CP(expired) should submit one of the following documents:
+ A copy along with the original for comparison or a certified true copy of the Decision on Social Assistance by the Chairman of the District-level People's Committee.
+ A copy along with the original for comparison or a certified true copy of the Certification by the Commune-level People's Committee or Social Welfare Institution regarding the child's status as an orphan, abandoned child, or child in other cases stipulated in Clause 1, Article 5 ofDecree 136/2013/ND-CP(expired).
+ A copy along with the original for comparison or a certified true copy of the Adoption Certificate for orphaned, abandoned xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2, or xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 in other cases stipulated in Clause 1, Article 5 ofDecree 136/2013/ND-CP(expired).

- Parents or caregivers, guardians of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 who are xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 of martyrs, Heroes of People's Armed Forces, wounded soldiers, persons entitled to similar policies as wounded soldiers, sick soldiers; xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 of other specific policy subjects as stipulated in the Ordinance on Preferential Treatment of People with Meritorious Services to the Revolution (if any) should submit a copy along with the original for comparison or a certified true copy of the Certification by the management agency of persons with meritorious services and the child's birth certificate.
- Parents or caregivers, guardians of disabled xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 who are integrated into regular education should submit a copy along with the original for comparison or a certified true copy of the Disability Certification issued by the Commune-level People's Committee or the Decision on Social Assistance by the Chairman of the District-level People's Committee.

- Preschool class 5 - 6 years: 35 xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2.
