What are cases in which lower and upper secondary students in Vietnam are issued with graduation diplomas?
Pursuant to Article 34 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cáiEducation Law 2019,xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái issuance of lower secondary school and upper secondary school diplomas to students is as follows:
- Students who complete xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái lower secondary school program and meet xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái conditions prescribed by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Minister of Education and Training shall be awarded xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái lower secondary school diploma by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái head of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái educational specialized agency under xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái district-level People's Committee.
- Students who complete xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái upper secondary school program and meet xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái conditions prescribed by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Minister of Education and Training shall be allowed to take xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái exam. If they pass xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái exam, they will be awarded xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái upper secondary school diploma by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái head of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái educational specialized agency under xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái provincial-level People's Committee.
Students who complete xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái upper secondary school program, meet xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái conditions for taking xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái exam as prescribed by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Minister of Education and Training but do not take xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái exam or fail xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái exam, will be issued a certificate of completion of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái general education program by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái principal of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái school.

What is duration for Issuing lower secondary school and upper secondary schooldiplomas in Vietnam
According to point b, clause 1, Article 17 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Regulation on Management of lower secondary school Diplomas, upper secondary school Diplomas, Intermediate Pedagogical Diplomas, College Pedagogical Diplomas, University Degrees, and Certificates of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái national education system issued together withCircular 21/2019/TT-BGDDT, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái duration for issuing diplomas is as follows:
Duration for issuing diplomas and certificates
- xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái person authorized as stipulated in clause 1, Article 15 of this Regulation is responsible for issuing diplomas to learners within xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái following duration:
a) 75 days from xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái date xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái decision recognizing lower secondary school and upper secondary school graduation is issued;
b) 30 days from xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái date xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái decision recognizing intermediate pedagogical and college pedagogical graduation, university graduation is issued;
c) 30 days from xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái date xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái decision recognizing and awarding xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái master's degree is issued;
d) 30 days from xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái date xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái decision recognizing and awarding xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái doctoral degree is issued.
- xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái person authorized as stipulated in clause 2, Article 15 of this Regulation is responsible for issuing certificates to learners no later than 30 days from xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái date of completion of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái training, advanced education or examination for obtaining xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái certificate.
- While waiting for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái issuance of diplomas, learners who meet xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái conditions for diploma issuance shall be issued a temporary graduation certificate by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái education institution they attended.

03 steps for reissuance of a lower secondary school or upper secondary school diploma in Vietnam
According to clause 3, Article 18 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Regulation on Management of lower secondary school Diplomas, upper secondary school Diplomas, Intermediate Pedagogical Diplomas, College Pedagogical Diplomas, University Degrees, and Certificates of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái national education system issued together withCircular 21/2019/TT-BGDDT, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái 03 steps to reissue a lower secondary school or upper secondary school diploma are as follows:
Step 1:xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái person requesting reissuance of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái diploma shall submit directly or by mail to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái competent authority a set of documents including: an application for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái diploma reissuance; xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái diploma to be reissued; documents proving that xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái competent authority issued xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái diploma with errors.
Step 2:Within 05 working days from xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái date of receiving a complete valid application, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái competent authority shall consider and decide on xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái reissuance of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái diploma; if not reissued, a written response explaining xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái reason must be provided.
