Pursuant to Article 8 ofDecree 46/2017/ND-CP, there are 6 cases in which a preschool is suspended as follows:
[1]Engaging in fraudulent activities to obtain permission for educational operations;

[3]Unauthorized individuals granting permission for educational operations;

[5]Violating administrative penalty regulations in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay field of education, warranting suspension under current laws;
[6]Other cases as prescribed by law.

Pursuant to Clause 3, Article 8 ofDecree 46/2017/ND-CP, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay procedures for suspension of a preschool in Vietnam engaging in fraud to be allowed to operate are as follows:
Step 1)Upon discovering that trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay kindergarten, nursery school, or daycare center has violated one of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay cases listed in Clause 1 of this Article, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Head of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Division of Education and Training will decide to establish an inspection team, conduct an inspection, make an inspection record evaluating trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay actual condition, and notify trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay kindergarten, nursery school, or daycare center of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay violation;
Step 2)Within 10 working days from trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay date of notifying trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay kindergarten, nursery school, or daycare center of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay detected violation, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Head of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Division of Education and Training will consider whether to suspend trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay educational operations;
Step 3)trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay decision to suspend educational operations must clearly state trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay reasons for suspension, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay suspension period, measures to ensure trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay legal rights and interests of children, teachers, and staff, and must be publicly announced on trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay mass media;
* After trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay suspension period, if trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay kindergarten, nursery school, or daycare center rectifies trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay causes leading to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay suspension, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Head of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Division of Education and Training will examine and decide on trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay resumption of educational operations, and it must be publicly announced on trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay mass media. If resumption is not permitted, a written notification must be provided to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay institution, stating trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay reasons and solutions.

Dissolution of kindergartens, nursery schools, and daycare centers
1. A kindergarten, nursery school, or daycare center will be dissolved in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay following cases:
a) Serious violations of organization and operation regulations for kindergartens, nursery schools, and daycare centers;
b) Failure to rectify trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay causes leading to suspension after trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay suspension period specified in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay suspension decision;
c) trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay objectives and activities stated in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay establishment or operation permission decision are no longer suitable for socio-economic development requirements;
d) At trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay request of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay organization or individual establishing trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay kindergarten, nursery school, or daycare center.
2. trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Chairman of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay district People’s Committee decides to dissolve kindergartens, nursery schools, and daycare centers.
3. trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay dossier includes:
a) trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay decision to establish trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay inspection team by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay district People’s Committee;
b) trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay inspection record;
c) trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay petition for dissolution by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Division of Education and Training, clarifying trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay reasons for dissolution along with evidence proving that trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay kindergarten, nursery school, or daycare center has violated regulations in points a, b, and c, Clause 1 of this Article or trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay petition for dissolution by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay organization or individual establishing trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay kindergarten, nursery school, or daycare center, stating trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay reasons for dissolution, measures to ensure trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay legal rights and interests of children, teachers, and staff and trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay asset resolution plan.
4. Procedure:
a) trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay organization or individual that requested to establish trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay kindergarten, nursery school, or daycare center submits a dossier directly or by post to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay district People’s Committee;
b) If violations are detected or reported by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay agency, organization, or individual regarding trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay kindergarten, nursery school, or daycare center as stipulated in points a, b, and c, Clause 1 of this Article, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay district People’s Committee is responsible for directing trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Division of Education and Training to preside over and collaborate with related departments within 20 working days to conduct an inspection, verify and prepare a dissolution dossier clearly stating trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay reasons for dissolution, notify trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay kindergarten, nursery school, or daycare center, and report to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay district People’s Committee;
c) Within 10 working days from trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay date of receipt of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay dissolution dossier, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Chairman of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay district People’s Committee considers and decides whether to dissolve trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay kindergarten, nursery school, or daycare center;
d) trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay decision to dissolve trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay kindergarten, nursery school, or daycare center must clearly state trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay reasons for dissolution, measures to ensure trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay legal rights and interests of children, teachers, and staff, and trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay asset resolution plan, ensuring transparency, and must be publicly announced on mass media.
Thus, a preschool that is suspended and still fails to rectify trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay violation after trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay suspension period will be dissolved.
