(3) Objectives and operational content in the establishment or approval decision trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the school no longer align with the socio-economic development needs.
(4) Failure to ensure the quality trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro education.
(5) Failure to obtain a vocational education activity registration certificate for teacher training at the college level after 3 years from the date the establishment or approval decision comes into effect.
(6) Upon the proposal trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the organization or individual requesting the establishment or approval trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the pedagogical college.

Step 1:The Minister trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Education and Training decides to dissolve the pedagogical college.
Step 2:Submit the dissolution dossier for the pedagogical college, which includes:
- For colleges dissolved under cases (1), (2), (3), (4), and (5) above, the dossier includes:
+ Report with evidence trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the school's violations.
+ Handling plans regarding organizational structure, personnel, finance, assets, land, and other related issues.
- For colleges dissolved under case (6) above, the dossier includes:
+ Petition for dissolution trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the pedagogical college (according to Form No. 08 Appendix 2Decree 125/2024/ND-CP)
+ Dissolution scheme trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the pedagogical college (according to Form No. 09 Appendix 2Decree 125/2024/ND-CP)
Step 3: Follow the process below:
- For colleges dissolved under cases (1), (2), (3), (4), and (5):
+ The Ministry trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Education and Training conducts a factual inspection trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the school, makes a report, and notifies the school trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the violations.
+ Within 20 days from the inspection result date, the Minister trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Education and Training decides on the dissolution trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the pedagogical college.
- For colleges dissolved under case (6):
+ Organizations or individuals send one set trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro dossiers specified at point b, Clause 3 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro this Article via the online public service portal, postal service, or directly to the Ministry trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Education and Training.
+ Within 20 days from receiving the dissolution proposal dossier, the Minister trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Education and Training decides on the dissolution trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the pedagogical college.
What are the procedures for merging pedagogical colleges in Vietnam?
Based on Clause 4, Article 92 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euroDecree 125/2024/ND-CP, the dossier and procedural steps for merging a pedagogical college into a university are as follows:
(1) The dossier includes:
- Proposal for merger from the university (according to Form No. 06 Appendix 2Decree 125/2024/ND-CP) accompanied by consensus from the competent management authority for public universities and colleges or the board trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro directors for private universities and private colleges;
- Approval document from the provincial People's Committee where the university's headquarters is located;
- Merger scheme document (according to Form No. 07 Appendix 2Decree 125/2024/ND-CP).

- The decision to merge the college into the university (according to Form No. 10 Appendix 2Decree 125/2024/ND-CP) is publicly announced in the mass media.
- The decision to dissolve the pedagogical college (according to Form No. 10 Appendix 2 withDecree 125/2024/ND-CP) is publicly announced in the mass media.
