According to Clause 2, Article 9 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nayCircular 29/2023/TT-BGDDT, the Certificate trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Merit from the Minister trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Education and Training is awarded to organizations that exemplarily comply with the guidelines trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the Vietnam Communist Party, policies, and laws trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the State, internal solidarity, and meet one trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the following criteria:
- Outstanding achievements recognized during interim or final summaries trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay emulation movements launched by the Prime Minister trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the Government trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Vietnam; or in the implementation trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay political tasks assigned by the Vietnam Communist Party, National Assembly, and Prime Minister trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the Government trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Vietnam for a duration trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay 03 years or more, with an impact and exemplary influence in the education sector, or annual outstanding achievements recognized during interim and final summaries trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay emulation movements launched by the Minister trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Education and Training; or in the execution trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tasks assigned by the Minister trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Education and Training for a duration trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay 05 years or more, with an impact and exemplary influence in the education sector;
- Sudden outstanding achievements with an impact in one trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the fields under the state management scope trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the Ministry trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Education and Training or significant achievements in rescuing people, saving property trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the people and the State, preventing and overcoming consequences trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay natural disasters, enemy threats, or epidemics in units and localities;
- Significant contributions, practical and effective support to the education sector, confirmed by the benefiting unit;
- Outstanding achievements in the process trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay establishment and development on the occasion trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay anniversaries (full year);
- Organizations as stipulated in Clause 4, Article 2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nayCircular 29/2023/TT-BGDDTtrực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay units under the Ministry, affiliated units, and units under national universities that have been recognized for 02 consecutive years for excellent task completion, good implementation trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay grassroots democracy, effective organization trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay emulation movements, and good care trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the organization’s material and spiritual life, practicing thrift, combating waste, preventing corruption and negative acts.

- The applications for merit awards, reward forms trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the Ministry level must be submitted to the Ministry trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Education and Training before January 31 each year, and for state-level awards, they must be submitted before March 31 each year (except for reward applications recommended by clusters, groups trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay educational institutions).

What is the authority to recommend competition titles and reward forms in the education sector in Vietnam?
According to Article 11 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nayCircular 29/2023/TT-BGDDT, the authority to recommend competition titles and reward forms in the education sector is regulated as follows:
(1) Heads trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay units without legal status under the Ministryshall submit to the Minister trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Education and Training for the consideration trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay titles “Advanced Labor organization,” “Advanced Labor,” “Grassroots Emulation Soldier.”
(2) Heads trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay units under the Ministry, affiliated units
- Submit to the Minister trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Education and Training for consideration for titles “Outstanding Labor organization,” “Emulation Flag trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the Ministry trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Education and Training,” “Ministerial-level Emulation Soldier,” and the Minister’s Certificate trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Merit, Commemorative Medal;
- Submit to the Minister trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Education and Training for considering and submitting to the competent authority for state-level rewards in accordance with regulations.
(3) Directors trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay national universitiesshall submit to the Minister trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Education and Training for consideration for titles “Outstanding Labor organization,” “Emulation Flag trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the Ministry trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Education and Training,” “Ministerial-level Emulation Soldier,” and the Minister’s Certificate trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Merit, Commemorative Medal for organizations and individuals under their management.
(4) Directors trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Departments trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Education and Training
- Submit to the Minister trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Education and Training for the Minister’s Certificate trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Merit for organizations and individuals trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay educational institutions within the management scope trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the Departments trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Education and Training, offices trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay education and training (except merit awards for achievements);
- Submit to the Minister trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Education and Training for commemorative medals for individuals trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay educational institutions within the management scope trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the Departments trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Education and Training, offices trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay education and training.
(5) Chairpersons trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Provincial People's Committees
- Recommend to the Minister trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Education and Training the Minister’s Certificate trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Merit for organizations and individuals trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay educational institutions within their management, private higher education institutions, businesses, organizations with many contributions to the educational development trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the province, city, and the education sector;
- Recommend to the Minister trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Education and Training commemorative medals for individuals trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay educational institutions within their management and private higher education institutions;
- Recommend to the Minister trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Education and Training commemorative medals for individuals outside the education sector who have contributed to the development trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay education and training in the provinces, cities, and the education sector.
(6) Heads trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ministries, committees, and sectors
- Recommend to the Minister trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Education and Training the Minister’s Certificate trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Merit for organizations and individuals under their management and higher education institutions subordinate to ministries, ministerial-level agencies, Government agencies, Supreme People’s Court, Supreme People’s Procuracy, political-social organizations, Ho Chi Minh National Academy trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Politics;
- Recommend to the Minister trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Education and Training commemorative medals for individuals stipulated in Article 8 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nayCircular 29/2023/TT-BGDDT.
