Pursuant to Article 11 of đá bóng trực tiếp Regulation on đá bóng trực tiếp National Science and Technology Research Contest for Lower Secondary and Upper Secondary School Students issued withCircular 06/2024/TT-BGDDT, đá bóng trực tiếp standards for individuals participating in organizing đá bóng trực tiếp Contest are prescribed as follows:

Standards for Individuals Participating in Organizing đá bóng trực tiếp Contest

1. Members of đá bóng trực tiếp Steering Committee, đá bóng trực tiếp File Examination Council, đá bóng trực tiếp Judging Panel, and đá bóng trực tiếp Contest Organizing Committee are those who participate in organizing đá bóng trực tiếp Contest.

2. Individuals participating in organizing đá bóng trực tiếp Contest must meet đá bóng trực tiếp following standards:

a) Possess good moral character and a high sense of responsibility;

b) Have appropriate professional capability and experience that meet đá bóng trực tiếp requirements of đá bóng trực tiếp Contest tasks;

c) Do not have spouses, children, siblings, nephews/nieces, or siblings, nephews/nieces of đá bóng trực tiếp spouse (or stepchildren of đá bóng trực tiếp spouse) participating in đá bóng trực tiếp Contest during đá bóng trực tiếp year of đá bóng trực tiếp Contest;

d) Not be a guide or currently teaching đá bóng trực tiếp contestants;

dd) Not be under consideration for disciplinary action or criminal prosecution.

Thus, judges are among those who participate in organizing đá bóng trực tiếp scientific research competition for upper secondary school students in Vietnam. They must meet đá bóng trực tiếp following conditions:

- Study and implement đá bóng trực tiếp grading process and criteria according to đá bóng trực tiếp instructions approved by đá bóng trực tiếp Head of đá bóng trực tiếp Contest Steering Committee;

- Organize đá bóng trực tiếp grading; propose đá bóng trực tiếp ranking of đá bóng trực tiếp Contest;

- Be responsible for đá bóng trực tiếp accuracy, fairness, and objectivity in evaluating đá bóng trực tiếp contest projects;

- Propose solutions for issues arising during đá bóng trực tiếp grading process to submit for đá bóng trực tiếp decision by đá bóng trực tiếp Head of đá bóng trực tiếp Contest Steering Committee.

Handling Violations

1. For individuals participating in organizing đá bóng trực tiếp Contest:

a) Public employees participating in organizing đá bóng trực tiếp Contest who violate đá bóng trực tiếp Contest regulations will be disciplined according to đá bóng trực tiếp legal provisions on disciplining officials and public employees;

b) Individuals other than officials and public employees participating in organizing đá bóng trực tiếp Contest who violate đá bóng trực tiếp Contest regulations will be handled according to đá bóng trực tiếp degree of violation in accordance with labor law, administrative sanctions law, and relevant legal provisions;

c) During đá bóng trực tiếp organization of đá bóng trực tiếp Contest, when violations are detected, đá bóng trực tiếp Minister of Education and Training has đá bóng trực tiếp authority to suspend đá bóng trực tiếp participation of those organizing đá bóng trực tiếp Contest;

d) Forms of handling violations stipulated at points a and b of this clause are decided by đá bóng trực tiếp head of đá bóng trực tiếp authority managing officials and public employees according to đá bóng trực tiếp regulations.
