2. Students may be considered for transfer to another training institution when they meet trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay following conditions:
a) Not currently in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay first year or final year, not facing academic dismissal, and still have sufficient study time as prescribed in Clause 5, Article 2 of this Regulation;
b) Meet trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay admission requirements for trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay program and major of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay same cohort at trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay destination institution;
c) trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay destination institution must meet quality assurance conditions and not exceed trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay training capacity for that program and major according to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay current regulations of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Ministry of Education and Training;
d) Obtain approval from trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay rectors of both trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay current and destination training institutions.
Thus, students wishing to transfer universities must fulfill trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay following conditions:
- Not in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay first or final year;
- Not under academic dismissal;
- Have sufficient study time according to regulations;

What are conditions for students to simultaneously enroll in two programs in Vietnam?
Article 18 of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Regulation on undergraduate training issued together withCircular 08/2021/TT-BGDDTsets forth trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay requirements for simultaneous enrollment in two programs as follows:
Simultaneous enrollment in two programs
1. For credit-based training, students may register for units of study of another training program or academic discipline besides their own according to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay situation of their training institutions, but may enjoy official rights pertaining to and apply for graduation from trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay second program only when they have successfully enrolled in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay second program according to regulations in Clause 2 herein.
2. Students may apply for trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay second program after they have reached second year of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay first program. At trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay time of application, students must meet either of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay following conditions and other conditions of their training institutions:
a) Have good GPA or higher and meet admission requirements of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay second program in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay admission year;
b) Have average GPA and meet admission requirements of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay second program in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay admission year.
3. While a student is enrolled in two programs simultaneously, if GPA of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay first program falls below trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay average level or trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay student receives an academic warning, they must stop attending trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay second program in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay following semester; and be removed from list of students enrolled in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay second program.
4. Maximum time for a student to attend two programs simultaneously shall be trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay maximum study time of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay first program provided for in Clause 5 Article 2 of this Regulation. While trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay student enrolls in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay second program, results of units of study with equivalent content and academic load of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay first program may be recognized.
5. Students may apply for graduation from trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay second program if they are eligible and have applied for graduation from trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay first program at least 02 years before applying for graduation from trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay second program.
6. Training institutions may offer trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay second program to students only when they meet quality assurance conditions in terms of admission quota and training capacity; concurrently, they shall stipulate procedures and requirements for enrollment and degree awarding for trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay second program.
Some requirements and conditions for students pursuing two programs concurrently are as follows:
- For credit-based training, students may register for units of study of another training program or academic discipline besides their own according to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay situation of their training institutions, but may enjoy official rights pertaining to and apply for graduation from trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay second program only when they have successfully enrolled in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay second program
- Students may apply for trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay second program after they have reached second year of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay first program.
- Students are only considered for graduation from trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay second program if they meet trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay graduation conditions of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay first program and have registered no later than two years before trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay second program’s graduation consideration.
