1. kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Board of Supervisors of a private school is elected by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp investor conference or kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp owner. kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Board of Supervisors includes a head and members. kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp number of members of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Board of Supervisors ranges from 03 to 05 people, including representatives of investors, teachers, staff, and parents. kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Board of Supervisors must have at least 01 member with accounting expertise.

2. Members of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Board of Supervisors cannot concurrently be members of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp school council, principal, chief accountant; and must not be kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp parents, spouses, or children of members of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp school council, principal, or chief accountant of that school.

b) Inspect and supervise financial activities and transparency of financial policies of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp school.

c) Periodically inform kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp school council of its activities and kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp content of its reports, conclusions, and recommendations before being officially presented to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp investor conference or owner.

d) Report to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp investor conference or owner on kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp results of inspecting and supervising kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp school’s activities at kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp investor conference or owner’s meetings.
