- Students receiving state budget scholarships are Vietnamese citizens going abroad for study who receive full or partial coverage of training costs, travel expenses, living expenses, and other related costs from one or more oftrực tiếp bóng đá k+ following financial sources:

+ State budget scholarships granted within trực tiếp bóng đá k+ framework of agreements or cooperation agreements between trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Government of Vietnam and foreign governments;

+ State budget scholarships granted through state agencies, state-owned enterprises, and public service providers;

+ Scholarships funded by foreign governments, official development assistance (ODA) sources, territorial authorities, international organizations, non-governmental organizations, or individuals through trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Government of Vietnam (hereinafter collectively referred to as scholarships funded by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ foreign side).

+ Being allowed to return to Vietnam for internships, collecting materials to serve their study program; enjoying holidays during trực tiếp bóng đá k+ study period according to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ regulations of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ foreign educational institution; being allowed to return to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ country or visit family members in a third country if approved by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ competent authority of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ host country;

+ Being protected in terms of consular protection and legitimate rights and interests by Vietnam's representative agencies abroad during trực tiếp bóng đá k+ study period according to regulations;

+ Receiving full or partial training costs, travel expenses, living expenses, and other related costs covered by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ state budget for students as specified at Points a and b, Clause 1, Article 3 ofDecree 86/2021/ND-CPor funded by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ foreign side for students as specified at Point c, Clause 1, Article 3 ofDecree 86/2021/ND-CP.

+ Strictly adhering to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ rules, regulations of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ foreign educational institution, and commitments and regulations of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ direct management agency (for cases with a work agency) or trực tiếp bóng đá k+ nominating agency; maintaining and developing friendly relations with organizations, individuals, and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ local community of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ host country;

+ Registering as a Vietnamese citizen abroad according to current regulations and updating information in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ database system specified in Article 4 ofDecree 86/2021/ND-CP;

+ Not arbitrarily leaving school; adhering to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ specified study duration, training level, study field, study country, and educational institution according to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ nominating agency's decision;

+ Informing trực tiếp bóng đá k+ nominating agency at least 10 working days before returning to Vietnam for internships, collecting materials or enjoying holidays as per trực tiếp bóng đá k+ regulations of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ foreign educational institution for students as specified at Points a and b, Clause 1, Article 3 ofDecree 86/2021/ND-CP;

+ Sending progress reports and certified copies of academic results from trực tiếp bóng đá k+ foreign educational institution by mail, directly, or online to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ nominating agency after each semester and academic year;

+ Compensating for training costs as specified in Articles 12 and 13 ofDecree 86/2021/ND-CPif they fail to complete their study obligations or do not comply with trực tiếp bóng đá k+ work assignment of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ competent state agency after graduation for students as specified at Points a and b, Clause 1, Article 3 ofDecree 86/2021/ND-CP;

+ Complying with current regulations on officials and public employees and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ regulations of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Communist Party (for cases that are officials, public employees, and party members);

+ Protecting state secret documents and information specified in trực tiếp bóng đá k+Luật Bảo vệ bí vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá, including internal political information;
