Position and Objectives of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Subject
1. National Defense Education is a fundamental content in building trực tiếp bóng đá k+ all-people national defense and people's security, and it is a compulsory subject in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ educational programs of educational institutions.
2. National Defense Education equips students with basic knowledge about trực tiếp bóng đá k+ all-people national defense, people's security, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ viewpoint of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Communist Party, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ policies, and laws of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ state on national defense and security; trực tiếp bóng đá k+ tradition of resistance against foreign invaders of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ nation, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ people's armed forces and Vietnam's military art; building trực tiếp bóng đá k+ all-people national defense, people's security, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ people's armed forces; basic, essential knowledge about civil defense, military skills; ready to perform military service to protect trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Fatherland.

What are cases in which grade 10 students are exempted from national defense education in Vietnam?
Based on point b clause 3 Article 4 ofJoint Circular 18/2015/TTLT-BGDDT-BLDTBXH:
- Subjects exempted from trực tiếp bóng đá k+ National Defense Education subject:
+ Students having a reserve officer certificate or a diploma issued by military or public security schools;
+ Students who have a National Defense Education certificate corresponding to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ training level;
+ Students who are foreigners.
- Subjects exempted from learning, exempted from trực tiếp bóng đá k+ exam for certain subjects in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ National Defense Education program, include: students with a confirmation of results indicating they passed those subjects with at least 5 points on a 10-point scale.
- Subjects exempted from trực tiếp bóng đá k+ learning and practical skills in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ military:
+ Students who are disabled, with a disability certification as per trực tiếp bóng đá k+ law on persons with disabilities;
+ Students who are not physically fit or contract diseases that qualify for exemption from military service under trực tiếp bóng đá k+ current regulations;
+ Students who have completed military service or served in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ People's Public Security.
- Subjects who can temporarily postpone learning trực tiếp bóng đá k+10 bài lý thuyết Giáo dục quốc đá bóng:
+ Students with health issues requiring prolonged treatment with a hospital certification;
+ Female students who are pregnant or on maternity leave as per current policies.
- trực tiếp bóng đá k+ director or principal of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ educational institutions may consider temporarily postponing trực tiếp bóng đá k+ National Defense Education subject for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ above-specified subjects at points a and b of clause 4 of this Article. After trực tiếp bóng đá k+ postponement period, educational institutions will arrange for students to join suitable classes to complete trực tiếp bóng đá k+ program.
Thus,Grade 10 students are exempted from national defense education if they fall under one of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ aforementioned cases.

- National defense and security education in upper secondary schools, intermediate schools, and technical vocational schools is a compulsory subject.
- Ensurethat students have initial knowledge about trực tiếp bóng đá k+ all-people national defense, people's security; about trực tiếp bóng đá k+ tradition of resistance against foreign invaders, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ people's armed forces, and Vietnam's military art; having basic and essential knowledge about civil defense and military skills; ready to perform military service to protect trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Fatherland.
- Organize teaching and learning according to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ program distribution. During trực tiếp bóng đá k+ school year, based on specific conditions, cooperate with relevant agencies, organizations, and units to organize extracurricular learning for students with appropriate content and forms.
