5. Special Cases

* Rights:

- Being protected by Vietnamese representative agencies abroad concerning legal rights and interests in accordance with Vietnamese law, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái law of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái host country, and international law and practices during xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái period of research abroad;

- Being allowed to transfer salaries, wages, income, and other personal assets abroad to Vietnam in accordance with Vietnamese law and xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái law of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái host country;

- In case they are employees of an agency, organization receiving state budget funds, enjoying salaries, wages, other income, health examination, and medical treatment policies, social insurance, and other benefits, upon agreement with xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái direct managing agency and being accepted for post-research responsibilities after completing xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái tasks abroad.

* Responsibilities:

- Complying with xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái decision to conduct scientific research abroad;

- Strictly adhering to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái laws of Vietnam and xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái host country; performing xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái registration as a Vietnamese citizen abroad according to current regulations;

- Paying social insurance, health insurance, personal income tax (if any), and other mandatory fees according to current state regulations; in case xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái international agreement signed by Vietnam stipulates personal income tax differently from current Vietnamese law, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái international agreement prevails;

- Protecting secret state documents, information as regulated by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Law on Protecting State Secrets, and information on internal political protection;

- Not exploiting any professional activities or any other forms for conducting propaganda against xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Vietnamese state, which affects diplomatic relations between Vietnam and xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái partner country;

- Not violating regulations on scientific and technological activities of Vietnam and xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái host country; adhering to current regulations on obligations and responsibilities of educators that affect xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái image and reputation of Vietnam in xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái host country;

- Returning to Vietnam upon xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái conclusion of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái research program as per xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái regulations of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái host country;

- Not exploiting xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái scientific research activities abroad for labor or illegal stay purposes unless extending xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái stay is due to illness, war, natural disasters, or pandemics;

- Fulfilling agreements and commitments signed with xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái direct managing agency, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái competent agency assigning xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái individual to conduct scientific research abroad (if any);

- Complying with current regulations for officials and public employees and xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Communist Party (if they are officials, public employees, and party members);

- Submitting a report to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái direct managing agency every 3 months. Within 20 working days from completing xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái research abroad, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái individual must return to Vietnam and report to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái direct managing agency, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái competent agency assigning Vietnamese citizens to conduct scientific research abroad (if any), and update xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái information into xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái regulated database system.
