Definitions
In this Circular, the terms below are construed as follows:
1. Online bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp refers to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp activities (including teaching, instruction, studying, evaluation) carried out on digital environment via online bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp system.
2. Synchronous online bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp refers to online bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp activities where teachers and learners participate in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp activities simultaneously (in real-time) in the same learning space.
3. Asynchronous online bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp refers to online bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp activities where learners can actively participate in online bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp activities on the basis of teaching plans of teachers.

What are minimum required functions for software system for online bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp of higher education institutions in Vietnam?
Pursuant to Clause 2, Clause 3, Article 5Circular 30/2023/TT-BGDDT, the minimum required functions for software system for online bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp of higher education institutions in Vietnam are regulated as follows:
[1]Software for synchronous online bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp must perform the minimum functions below:
- Assist learners in organizing synchronous online bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp activities; instructing, assigning tasks simultaneously to all attending learners in the same learning space via video channels, audio channels, text channels, transferring courseware to learners.
- Enable learners to participate in online bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp activities; interact, exchange information with teachers and other learners in the same learning space in real time.
[2]Software for asynchronous online bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp must perform the minimum functions below:
- Assist learners in planning for asynchronous online bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp, transfer courseware to learners, assign learning tasks, examine and evaluate learning results of learners; monitor and assist learners in accessing learning contents; advise, assist, and provide answers for questions and issues of learners.
- Allow learners to access, utilize learning contents; carry out learning activities and examine, evaluate at request of teachers; make questions and provide answers in respect of teachers and other learners in the same learning space.
- Allow bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp facilities to manage learning documents, progress, results of learners and teaching activities of teachers; accurately record learning process of each learner; assist management of other information of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp facilities and education authorities.
[3] Software for management of online learning contents shall perform functions similar to those of software for asynchronous online trainingand allow teachers to design learning contents, online courseware.
[4]Massive open online course (MOOC) software shall perform functions similar to those of software for asynchronous online trainingand provide a variety of contents and methods for organizing online courses; be applied in online bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp on large scale in terms of learners, teachers, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp facilities.
What are the solutions for quality control for online trainingof higher education institutions in Vietnam?
Pursuant to Article 10Circular 30/2023/TT-BGDDT, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp facilities are responsible for quality and implement quality control measures for online bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp:
- Develop regulations on quality control for online bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp appropriate to requirements of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp programs and bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp program quality inspection in accordance with applicable regulations of the Minister of Education and bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp.
- Courses are designed and updated on a regular basis to suit learners' demands.
- Solutions shall be developed to assist and respond to demands of learners, teachers; regulations shall be developed to receive and resolve feedback of learners, teachers, and relevant organizations to gauge users’ satisfaction.
Does online coursewareof higher education institutions in Vietnamneed to be evaluated before being used?
Pursuant to Article 6Circular 30/2023/TT-BGDDT, the regulations are as follows:
Online courseware
1. Contents of online courseware must meet requirements of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp programs, carry academic characteristics, be easy to use, and fulfill self-learning demands of learners.
2. Solutions for evaluation and control shall be required for regular update and improvement of courseware quality.
3. Online courseware must be evaluated prior to being used. bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp facilities may develop, share courseware and online courses independently or by cooperating with bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp facilities
Thus, online courseware of higher education institutions in Vietnam must be evaluated before being used.
