- Establishment or permission to establish, operate educational activities, suspend educational activities, merge, divide, separate, dissolve for: Preschool educational institutions, general educational institutions, specialized schools;

- Establishment or permission to establish, suspend operations, merge, divide, separate, dissolve for: Continuous educational institutions, centers for development support of inclusive education;

- Establishment or permission to establish pedagogical colleges; issuance of certificates of vocational education activities for teacher training disciplines at xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 college level; suspension of vocational education activities for teacher training disciplines at xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 college level; revocation of vocational education activity registration certificates for teacher training disciplines at xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 college level; merger, division, separation, and dissolution of pedagogical colleges; merger of colleges into universities;

- Establishment or permission to establish universities, branches of higher education institutions; permission for universities, branches of higher education institutions to operate training; suspension of training activities of higher education institutions, branches of higher education institutions; merger, division, separation of higher education institutions; dissolution of higher education institutions, branches of higher education institutions; recognition of regional universities, national universities;

- Establishment or permission to establish, allow operation, suspend operations, dissolve quality education accreditation organizations of Vietnam; recognition of foreign educational quality accreditation organizations operating in Vietnam;

- Registration of study-abroad consulting services; suspension of study-abroad consulting services; revocation of business registration certificates for study-abroad consulting services.

Procedures for Establishing Private Preschools from November 20, 2024?

According to Clause 3, Article 4 ofDecree 125/2024/ND-CP, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 procedures for establishing private preschools from November 20, 2024, are as follows:

Step 1:Organizations and individuals submit one dossier as prescribed through xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 online public service portal, by post, or directly to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 district-level People's Committee;

Step 2:Within 5 working days from xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 date of receiving a complete dossier, if xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 dossier is not valid, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 district-level People's Committee will notify in writing xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 contents needing amendment to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 agency, organization requesting xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 establishment or permission to establish xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 preschool; if xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 dossier is valid, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 district-level People's Committee will instruct xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Education and Training Department to assess xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 conditions for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 establishment or permission of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 preschool;
