What are principles for consideration and evaluation of results for trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay of People's Teacher and Meritorious Teacher in Vietnam?

Based on Article 4 ofDecree 35/2024/ND-CPstipulating principles and achievement calculation methods for trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay of "People's Teacher" and "Meritorious Teacher":

(1). Achievements considered for awarding trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay of "People's Teacher" and "Meritorious Teacher" must be accomplished during the period of service in the Education sector.

Achievements previously considered for and awarded other State honorable titles such as People’s Physician, Meritorious Physician, People’s Artist, Meritorious Artist, People’s Artisan, and Meritorious Artisan cannot be used to propose trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay of "People's Teacher" and "Meritorious Teacher".

(3). During the consideration process for awarding trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay of "People's Teacher" and "Meritorious Teacher", if an individual changes their job position, the evaluation will be based on the title at the time the individual submits the application for consideration at the grassroots-level council.

(4). The individual receiving salary, and annual emulation, and commendation evaluation at any unit, will propose trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay of "People's Teacher" and "Meritorious Teacher" at that unit.

(5). For teachers, educational managers at educational institutions, managers at educational management agencies, education researchers holding management positions for 36 months or more or over 03 school years up to the date of submission for trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay of "People's Teacher" and "Meritorious Teacher", the collective achievement standards specified in Clause 5, Article 7 and Clause 5, Article 8 ofDecree 35/2024/ND-CPshall apply.

(6). The consideration for awarding trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay "People's Teacher" and "Meritorious Teacher" should prioritize teachers directly involved in raising and teaching; teachers and managers at educational institutions directly organizing educational activities, teaching persons with disabilities, and those with special circumstances; teachers and managers at educational institutions working in border areas, at sea, islands, and areas with particularly difficult economic and social conditions as defined by the Government of Vietnam (hereinafter collectively referred to as areas with particularly difficult economic and social conditions).

(7). - Managers at educational institutions directly involved in raising and teaching from 31% to under 60% of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay teaching period/hour as per regulations on teaching policies shall be converted to a factor of 0.6 compared to teachers directly involved in raising and teaching;

- Managers at educational institutions directly involved in raising and teaching from 60% to 80% of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay teaching period/hour as per regulations on teaching policies shall be converted to a factor of 0.8 compared to teachers directly involved in raising and teaching;

- Managers at educational institutions directly involved in raising and teaching from 81% of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay teaching period/hour or more as defined byChế độ làm việc của, shall be converted with a factor of 1 and no conversion required.

(8). The councils for awarding trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay of "People's Teacher" and "Meritorious Teacher" at all levels shall only present to the competent authorities cases that meet the conditions, standards, processes, procedures, and dossiers as stipulated inDecree 35/2024/ND-CP.
