Funds for the activities trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the parent committee
1. Funds for the activities trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the parent committee:
a) The parent committee trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay a class operates with funds voluntarily supported by parents and other lawful sources funded for the parent committee trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay a class.
b) The school-level parent committee operates with funds extracted from parent committee trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay a class following the recommendations trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the general meeting trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the heads trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay parent committee trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay a class at the beginning trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the school year and other lawful sources funded for the school-level parent committee.
- Management and use trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the parent committee’s funds:
a) The head trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the parent committee trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay a class coordinates with the homeroom teacher to draw up a plan for the expenditure trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay donated and funded money and uses it only after the unanimous agreement trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay all members trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the parent committee trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay a class;

3. The collection and expenditure trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the parent committee’s funds must adhere to the principles trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay transparency and democracy; after the expenditure, a financial report must be publicly announced in meetings trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay all parents in the class and meetings trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the entire school-level parent committee. There shall be no regulation trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay average supporting contributions from parents.
