- Cultivate ethics, uphold a sense of responsibility, maintain the character, honor, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay prestige of teachers; set an example for students; love, treat fairly, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay respect the personalities of students; protect the legitimate rights xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay interests of students; unite xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay assist colleagues.

- Participate in professional xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay expertise training.
- Participate in local lower secondary school education universalization.
- Fulfill civic duties, comply with laws xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay regulations of the Education sector, the decisions of the principal; perform tasks assigned by the principal, be subject to inspection xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay evaluation by the principal xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay education management levels.
- Coordinate with the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Organization, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Vietnam Youth Federation, students' families, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay related social organizations to organize educational activities.
- Perform other tasks as prescribed by law.
2. Powers
According to Article 29 of the Charter for lower secondary schools, upper secondary schools, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay multi-level schools issued together withCircular 32/2020/TT-BGDDT, public lower secondary school xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay upper secondary school teachers have the following powers:
- Autonomously perform professional duties with the allocation xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay support of the professional group xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the school.
- Receive salaries, allowance policies, preferential policies (if any) as prescribed; change professional titles; enjoy material xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay spiritual benefits as prescribed.
- Be facilitated to study, train to improve political, professional qualifications, enjoy full salaries, allowances according to salaries, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay other policies as prescribed when assigned by competent authorities to study xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay train.
- Contract for lecturing, scientific research at other schools, educational institutions, or research institutions provided that they complete their duties at their place of work xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay have written consent from the principal.
- Be respected xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay protected regarding their dignity, honor, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay body.

- Other rights as prescribed by law.
Additionally, teachers serving as class homeroom leaders have the following additional rights:
- Attend other lessons xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay educational activities of students in their homeroom class.
- Attend reward xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay discipline council meetings when dealing with issues related to students in their homeroom class.
- Attend training sessions xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay thematic conferences on homeroom work.
- Allow individual students with reasonable excuses to take leave for no more than 03 consecutive days.
- Receive a reduced teaching workload as prescribed.

- Forcing students to take extra classes for money; taking advantage of sponsorships xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay support for education to coerce monetary or material contributions.
- Smoking, drinking alcohol, beer, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay using stimulants while participating in teaching xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay educational activities.
- Obstructing xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay creating difficulties in the support xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay service of teaching, educating students, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay other tasks.
